“The front desk lady was AMAZING. She really made this unplanned trip really helpful. I was scared of the bad reviews (at first) but I had a GREAT experience. Our issue was a failed alternator on a 2005 Toyota Camry. We had an L1 Master Tech working on our car. He literally fixed the car so fast. I was shocked. The part took about 40mins to arrive but he took like 20 mins max to install it. The parts for these things max around $300-250 (as of 2023) for 05 toyota camry. They have a 24mo/24k mile guarantee on their service. Honestly, we had to pay $140 for a diagnosis, but it's understandable because this how they pay for the service guarantee certification. They're a small shop, and I treated this like a convenience fee.These people are straight shooters.All said and done we paid $696 (keep in mind these are 2023 prices and rates) for the work.”

“I pulled my truck out of a rip off shop that was about 8 miles away that wanted $5300 for harnesses and an EGR , I knew that didn’t sound right. Shane at Norton diagnose the problem in minutes as a sensor, drove two hours to go get it and had me running the same day. I’ve been an over the road trucking for over 30 years and this is the mechanic shop you want ! 70% of the mechanic shops out there are there to rip you off .... not Shane and these boys. “I had to delete my first review of this place because I responded out of anger. With that said, here is my review of this shop. If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all. My water pump went out on my 2014 KW with a ISX Cummins. I went to a KW dealership and picked up the pump. Apparently, Cummins replaced the original water pump with a more advanced, turbine pump. Well, one of the bolts that was in the aluminum bracket stripped and had to order a new bracket which holds the alternator and air conditioner compressor. Much more labor involved including having to do a vacuum on the compressor. Then it took two days to get the new bracket. All in all, these guys have been pretty awesome! As for KW, not happy with the price of the water pump with the minting bracket. $915 not counting the NEW bracket. These guys are a God send.”

“Ladysmith Auto Parts is the way to go. The service there is awesome. My car battery went dead and I needed a car battery. When I got there after getting a jump, he checked the alternator first and then he checked the strength of the battery. He immediately knew that I need a new battery and my alternator was good. He put a new battery in and my car run like "new money". The car battery at Ladysmith Auto Parts is very reasonable at a great price compare to Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone.
