This place is very unprofessional bcuz as a customer, I shouldn't have to listen to employees bicker about who's not gonna work. I went into the office to get service and for 3 minutes a guy and a gal went on about who's doing what, I stood there quietly as they carried on...we never exchanged conversation, then the guy says I'm going to lunch and walks out, so did I. I knew I'd be there all day and night for a goddam tire repair. Don't waste your time at this facility. They don't want to work. This is a stand around, sit around joint, and you'll be there all day. Don't believe it, go in there. If you're looking for a good truck shop, go to Doswell's truck and trailer 8 miles away. Happy motoring and be safe truckers.

Do not go to this guys for a truck alignment. They don’t know what they are doing. They must have low qualifications. I got my truck in for an alignment and they didn’t even check my king pins. They told me afterwards that my torque rods are worn out. They shouldn’t do an alignment if that was the case. They charged me 240$ for a 3 axle alignment and now after I replaced the rods I need to do another alignment. They only look to get your money. They don’t care about the quality of service provided. They are incompetents at best !!!

I had to delete my first review of this place because I responded out of anger. With that said, here is my review of this shop. If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all. My water pump went out on my 2014 KW with a ISX Cummins. I went to a KW dealership and picked up the pump. Apparently, Cummins replaced the original water pump with a more advanced, turbine pump. Well, one of the bolts that was in the aluminum bracket stripped and had to order a new bracket which holds the alternator and air conditioner compressor. Much more labor involved including having to do a vacuum on the compressor. Then it took two days to get the new bracket. All in all, these guys have been pretty awesome! As for KW, not happy with the price of the water pump with the minting bracket. $915 not counting the NEW bracket. These guys are a God send.

Amazing quality service! Truck decided in the cold the batteries weren't hot enough, or what ever batteries do that make them stop working! The people who took my call were calm and so friendly! Then, my mvp technician, Ezra showed up. In a matter of minutes, my cascadia was back up and on! Thank you Ezra for your efficient service and the outstanding customer care!! I will recommend this site to ANYONE in this area! Boss Truck Shop is a gem and they completely live up to their name!!!

I asked them if they could do an ac flush to clean out any blockage. They told me yes. They didn't do it. There is no where on the bill saying they did. Now I want my money back. Don't tell us that you can perform a task and not actually do it.

This is a nice, big shop with multiple bays. They are setup mainly for big rigs, but helped me out with some tire remounts. They did not have the tires I needed, but steered me to a nearby place that did, Pal New and Used Tires on rt 1. Boss has GOOD PEOPY working there, not looking to empty your wallet. Well worth the stop.

I got my truck towed into boss shop because my air pressure decreased, and the truck would not move once the air pressure decreased. Spoke with Phillip and he is clueless to diagnosing anything, however he can distribute information pretty well. Andrew (technician) claimed that they were unable to warranty my 4000 parts because we had multiple air leaks that i did not have before they claimed as fixing the problem. And come to think of it when I towed my truck there they had no bay available, and my tow guy was going to tow it in the bay for me. So he placed the truck close to the bay. They charged me 450 to utilize another tow company to tow the truck inside the bay because they did not have the necessary equipment to air up the tractor.Boss shop expressed that my air compressor seized, so they fixed my air compressor, they stated the air dryer had oil in it so they replaced the air dryer, they replaced the fittings, bottom line is I only gave them a 1 because yes the air pressure had built up in the truck, now $6156 dollars later I have the same issue. I paid 6156 for them to build air pressure in my truck. Now I’m stuck in NJ with the same issue. These people are Crooks. Btw this is Freddie’s wife advocating for him because he still kind of believe in these guys, but in my opinion I would not give recommendations to this group.

Pulled in at 20h00 with def issue. I was told to get me in the morning as the mech who works on def issue would be available in the morning.Checked in am,parts were ordered..they arrived late in the afternoon.By the next afternoon,I was all patched up and went on my way.Pretty friendly staff,Andrew did a good job on replacing the clamps on filters, and some hoses that were burnt off....at a fair price I believe.I was happy with the job done. As compared to the previous guy who messed it up a bit .If you have def censor issue, Andrew is the guy and he is extremely polite. Thank you BOSS SHOP. And Thank you Andrew.I wish you guys a great new year.

Great people, but under staffed to accommodate all the bays they have for repair, long wait time to get in

Friendly staff, experienced mechanics. First come, first served so you might have to wait a few hours if you're unlucky but they can't control how many people blow tires, breakdown on a given day.Would be cool if you could schedule appointments for DOT inspections or tires/brakes so you could drop the truck off rather than wait hours - presently they seem best suited for emergency repairs.

Had a flat on truck come to find out it was a bad valve extention that was the cause and did not try to sell me a tire needlessly. That's what i really like is honesty.
