I have used State Farm for home and auto insurance for years. When looking for life insurance I contacted them along with other companies. I did find a cheaper rate with another company but opted to go with State Farm instead. With the other company I would be dealing with an insurance broker. At State Farm I am dealing with a specific office which always handles any questions and concerns immediately. Katherine handled the application for life insurance quickly and professionally. It is reassuring to work with an office I know I can count on.

I moved states and called to get my policy changed as well as add a new vehicle. I believe I spoke with Ashley on the phone. I felt bad because I dumped a lot on her plate, but she was positive and patient with me. I was taken care of quickly and exactly the way I wanted to, and I was able to do so all over phone.
