I can not say enough how pleased I am not only with my insurance company but my Agent! As a first time home buyer, Mr Tingler has held my hand every step of the way making it beyond easy to not only obtain affordable coverage but also making sure I was knowledgeable in the product I was receiving . Customer service is important to me always being able to reach a live person an human being is important to me .I never have to wait on Mr Tingler, He is prompt and makes sure he is always available. I've worked with Mickey for several years and have been thoroughly impressed. It never feels like just a transaction with Tingler Insurance -- it's a RELATIONSHIP where you as a customer feel valued and know that Tingler is on your side. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on premiums and thousands of dollars during a basement flood because Tingler had me in a great homeowner's policy.

Tingler Insurance has been amazing to work with. We started with home insurance and had such a great experience we bundled our vehicle insurance as well. Recently, we could not avoid hitting a deer in the road, and Tingler Insurance was an absolute joy to work with. Very quick to respond to ALL of our (many) questions and made everything go easily and smoothly. We are so delighted we made the switch to Tingler! And may I mention the phenomenal coverage and rates?! Tingler Insurance cannot be beat by any other company!

Was unable to receive a quote for insurance over the phone. They wanted a link to my current insurance so the could review my dec page. Called another insurance company and they happily provided a quote over the phone. I think they missed out.

Lee and Mickey are amazing!!! Not only have they provided the best customer service when it comes to my policies and getting the best bang for my buck but they have gone Above and Beyond to take care of me as a client.
