Even though it is difficult to find a storage facility for an RV, I would recommend you go anywhere but Apperson Storage. Their rates may be lower than other places, but it's true that you get what you pay for...service is bottom rung. The resident manager has zero business scruples. If it were possible to give a rating less than one star, that's the rating our experience would give. Specifically, we rented a space for our RV for approximately a year and half. While we were away this fall, with our RV, Apperson Storage rented our space to another person. We arrived at the facility to find the space we had rented occupied. We have receipts for a specific space, payments we're made by auto draft. The resident manager just rented the space to someone else and refused to rectify the problem. We were provided another spot for our RV, inferior to the other one and very unlevel.
Legally, we had what is called a leasehold interest in the spot for which we had made payment. This is similar to renting an apartment, or house, going out of town and returning to find the landlord had moved in another tenant, while continuing to charge you rent. Mind boggling! After many conversations with the resident manager to attempt to rectify the situation, we found another facility. This is one of the most unprofessional, and unbusinesslike, unscrupulous outfit I have ever had the experience to deal with.

Very good people to work with. Excellent service and setup for storage. Accommodated my storage needs and was very helpful. I am glad to have went to them for my storage needs!Parking lot where my storage unit is located was large enough for my truck and was easy to access. Unit was clean and in excellent condition.

I highly recommend Apperson Self Storage. My family has been a customer for over six years, and we have never had a negative experience with this establishment. The payment system is easy, and communication is superior.

It's a nice facility. Very clean. Easy access. No one available to speak with, except by telephone. Not particularly friendly.
