Staff was very friendly but the place is in need of professional renovations. Some repairs have been made but not by experienced individuals. Shower hot water valve is actually a cold water valve so it turns on the incorrect direct. Wall show crack and water damage repair but left a noticeable bump in the wall on the back side of the shower

We stayed there on November 9th for 1 night and will never return carpet was filthy as was the chair in the room furniture was old a pealing we had a patio door which hadn’t been cleaned in some time. There was also dog poop in the hall in front of room 106 I mentioned it to front desk but they didn’t pick it up. This place needs a complete overhaul.

The stay was fine. We were only there for the night to rest after driving for over 13 hours. Our room was towards the back so we parked there. We had a problem though: we had a family member who was in a wheelchair and there were no ramps despite having handicapped parking. Why have that parking spot there if the handicapped can't actually use it? That's a major accessibility issue so that HAS to be fixed. Besides that major issue, the room was fine. The pillows were thin. The place allows pets to stay free, so that's good.
Rooms: It's fine, the beds were okay but the pillows were thin.
Safety: The back window-door was tough to open. Literally have to force it open. And the handle was broken off on the inside so it was tough to grab it.

For the price it was great not super clean but the bedding was really nice.
Place needs new sliding glass doors everywhere.

Checked out this morning. Last night bed bugs literally crawling around..I managed to catch one and put it in a bottle. Thought it was a tick. Then I noticed the bed was full of bugs. The mattress was so disgusting. I don't think they even change the sheets. Health department needs to be involved. DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm debating if I should escalate the matter with the health department at this point.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel we have stayed in. The first room we were put in was not clean, there were drink rings on the batroom counter and a cigarette floating in the toilet. The second room was slightly better, but still nasty. There were cigarette butts and inches of dust under the bed, which was on wheels and could easily be moved to clean. The fidge had not been cleaned out from the prior guest, and looked like it had never been wiped down. We were unable to actually relax, or feel comfortable taking our shoes off. Had there been any other rooms available we would not have stayed.

I was tired from a long drive and needed a place to stay for the night. Un fortunately I was too tired to read the reviews. This place is a dive and I believe partially used as a welfare hotel I have stayed at other Bay months and they were much better maintained and cleaned than this. The room reaked of smoke the windows were filthy but at least the sheets were clean and no sign of bed bugs

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I could tell as soon as I opened the door to the room. I seriously don’t know how I am going to sleep in here tonight but it’s 2am and the other two hotels are sold out. I will never stay here again. The health department should be called. It’s not just the bed…. The floors, walls, ceiling, surfaces, bathroom. Every inch of this place besides the lobby is grungy as hell

Read lodging reviews for rooms in this area and was a bit wary to stay here. We picked Baymont as it had better reviews and is pet friendly. Extremely friendly staff, very clean room and bedding was comfortable, good breakfast, pool was nice. We definitely will be back.

For the price I was very pleased kids loved the pool was right outside our patio door the baby pool was perfect for our lil 1 he had such a great time will definitely stay again

We booked this hotel while traveling south, and the reviews were decent. So we gave it a shot. The lady at the desk was very professional and polite. The price of the hotel was very good. The remaining parts of the hotel were not so pleasant. The hotel needs a total redo. The rooms were very musky, not the cleanest and in need of repair. After staying the night here, I woke up with a very bad upper respiratory infection. It took 3 days to get better after breathing in the terrible air in this hotel. My advice is to spend the extra money for a nicer hotel.

Weed smell is through out the place ! Nasty nasty nasty nasty ! Don’t go if you have asthma or a Cpap unless U want a contact high while you sleep ??
