Great service and communication. They found the best solution within my budget, which created more storage space for my pantry. The installers were wonderful and courteous. When they encountered an issue with my walls, they quickly found a work around to complete the job the same day.

This company was excellent to work with! They were prompt and had designs to me quickly. They were patient with my modifications and worked well with me to achieve what I needed.
The installers were quick, friendly and efficient.

I have used this company for 3 different homes I’ve owned. This last time there were new owners. There was a lot of miscommunication including what I actually wanted. And having to ask for my options on hardware ect There excuse was I didn’t come to the showroom. Which honestly I have never been. It took 2 days to get my closet correct in what should have been done in one due to the communication issues and I was charged extra for this. They also attempted to charge a card I had used for the deposit before giving me the final invoice or even checking if I was happy with everything. I didn’t allow the payment to go through and waited for the invoice to pay. I’m happy with the product and for the most part the install. However to much of my baseboard was cut and we now have to fix it as it’s noticeable.

Rick did a great job for us ~2 years ago. Excellent ideas that fit our needs perfectly. Done quickly, cleanly and looks great. Rock solid after 2 years of family abuse (looks the same as when installed, all drawers are perfect, no bowing, etc). Just moved and, unfortunately, I need him again and I can't wait until he makes everything right in this next house.

The design of our closet is terrible. So much wasted space, and I have less room than I did before. I can’t reach half of the “storage areas”. I let the owner and my husband design the closets and this was not a good idea on my part. However, I figured someone who does this professionally could guide a good design. I was wrong. Then we had him come back in February of 2022 to fix it and he said in order to work with his previous design we would have to custom order new pieces ($$$). I said whatever, just get it done. I have no where to put my clothes. Here we are almost to the end of September and the job is STILL NOT DONE. And that’s only the master. Don’t get me started on the rest of the closets he did. Every single one makes less sense than the next. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

We had some issues with our cabinets which had been installed over 6 years ago by Closet Storage Organizers. Rick Gumpert and his team took care of the issues, reinstalled them good as new. Great customer service indeed.
