This morning, my mom drove my car into a steel cable outside of Chip & Jo’s. The guys at Crotts came over and lifted my car to move it away from the cord safely. Without them, we definitely wouldn’t have been able to move the car. They were some of the nicest guys. Not only did they help, they tried their best to put a smile on our faces. Thanks guys!!! I wish I lived in Salem so I could give you some business but hopefully this review helps!

We have a fleet of vehicles and we had one break down on the interstate, I called Crott's and asked them when they could look at it and they stated they were free until lunch and could look at it. We had it towed there by 9:30 am and never heard back from them. I called them the following day to see if they had looked at it and was told that they had not and that it would be later in the evening. I explained this was one of our fleet vehicles and that they told us the could look at it the day before when it was delivered and if they could get to it any sooner that would be great, they stated they would look at it I said ty and hung up. less than 30 minutes later W.G. called and stated that he would not be able to look at the van until Monday, we questioned why that long when we were told it would be yesterday he decided to start yelling at us and stating that he would be doing us a favor by looking at it Monday that his lot was full. we explained that we needed it back in service asap so we would send a tow truck for it and he hung up on us. He then called back to say that he had it on his lot for one day and there would be a storage fee before he would release it to the tow truck driver. I asked him how much and he stated 110.00 dollars. We paid it but we will never do business with them again.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
