I was in the drive through line - next one back from the window. There were a line of cars behind me when the car in front drove off without getting prescriptions. I drive up to window and there is a handwritten sign that says closed. I do not feel this is good customer service. Website still lists 8pm closing but they changed it to 6 pm a yr or so ago.

The pharmacy here is frustrating beyond belief. Trying to get in touch with them since 3:00 pm yesterday (it is 10:00 am today). No answer yesterday afternoon. Then I got a message that they are closed for the day. I have been trying to call them regarding a prescription for my daughter since 9:20 am. The website says that they open at 9:00 am. Was on hold for over 15 minutes - no human answered to phone. Finally called the front of the store to ask if anyone is even in the pharmacy. She said yes and that they were closed yesterday due to a lack of a pharmacist... ?? She connected me back to the pharmacist where I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. No human will pick up the phone!! They have had my daughters prescription since yesterday and haven't even processed it yet. Ready to transfer her prescriptions somewhere else - thank god she doesn't have to start this medicine immediately.

None of the other pharmacies are closed today for Black Friday except yours… on the day I’m scheduled to pick up my medications. I cannot even with this pharmacy anymore ? I requested this refill days ago and this is the day you scheduled it for knowing you would be closed

It's just CVS but it's always open when the other pharmacy's aren't. No stupid sabbaths or teenagers not wanting to work.
