Fedex doesn't deserve a star period. Whichever driver that delivers to Windy Hill Key you need to quit being lazy and bring my package to my door and quit leaving it at the mailboxes to be stolen. You left my refrigerated medication out to be stolen instead of walking it to my door. I have called customer service with no help for days. Of course there's no number to call this fedex directly. Im not sure which driver was delivering packages here on Friday July 11th 2025 but you need to be fired. At least I have the address to the fedex location that delivers my stuff. Guess I'll just have to show up since there's no number.

A rating of 1 is too good for delivery in Alleghany Co Va. just got a notification from the sender that I refused delivery …. I never saw a FedEx person !!! Also have had issues where they left the parcel at the completely wrong address and they even took a picture of the mailbox with the wrong address and sent it to me. I don’t get it !!!!

Packing was out for delivery yesterday. “Ben” was supposed to be here between 3-5. Guess what it’s 24 hours later and no package. Apparently it went for a joy ride yesterday. It wasn’t rescheduled for today. Hmmm. No phone number for the warehouse in Salem VA that is accurate. Main number claims not to have a phone number either!

Horrible. I've been holding back posting a review for a while, but after my most recent experience I could hold back no longer. Horrible service. I've had two packages in the last five years (very expensive items) show up broken/damaged and had to be returned/replaced. One looked like the side of the box kicked in, torn, and/or crushed. Other items have shown up several days later or not at all. Most recently, I had a package that was "on FedEx vehicle for delivery" for a week. Trying to get in touch with someone (an actual live voice and not an automated system) was an ordeal in and of itself. Finally, I got through to a representative. I called twice and had two different people tell me two different scenarios and both assured me my package would get here. Spoiler alert: it never did and still hasn't. The shipper of this item had to send out a replacement with a more expensive shipping service. The shipper also got in touch with FedEx who then in turn called me for damage control. Just awful. Do better, FedEx... Not that I expect you to read this... But do better.

Have had to call twice and report the driver that delivers to my house as he is too lazy to drive down my driveway and drop off my packages. He leaves them at my mailbox and it clearly states in the delivery instructions to drop it off at the house and instead he lies and says that he can’t deliver it because I have a gated driveway (Which I definitely don’t). I will call and report him every single time if I have to. My Son’s birthday presents were in today’s delivery and I would have been SUPER ticked off if they had gotten stolen or rained on!

Multiple times on different occasions they “attempted” delivery for a package and everytime I was home and near front door. Never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. Due to their track record, on one occasion I even spent the whole day on the front porch and they never even came down my road.
When calling customer support it’s always someone who barely speaks English and doesn’t resolve the issue.
Anytime I buy a product I dread it when FedEx is used for delivery.
They won’t “re-attempt” delivery until the next day and I’m not allowed to pickup my package even when it’s to fix their mistake.
HORRIBLE service and even worse customer service.

This is the second time FedEx has done this. These drivers are LAZY. We have a long driveway probably about .25miles. Yesterday they threw my package out in the snow at the bottom of our driveway. I couldn’t find my package for hours. Today they do the same thing with my chewy package. Put my 50lb of dog food in the snow at the bottom of my driveway and just conveniently take the picture to where you can’t see they didn’t come up the driveway. USPS and UPS have had no issues coming up our driveway but these Fedex delivery drivers are pos.

1 number to call. Always get connected to someone who speaks broken english. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Wednesday 7/12. Got a notification that said unable to deliver because the business is closed. This is delivering to a residence. There was no attempt made to deliver. Called CS that afternoon and got the run around but they said it would be delivered to front porch on Thursday 7/13. Same thing happened. Girlfriend was home and saw the driver stop at the bottom of the driveway, wait a couple minutes, then drive off. No package. Same notification about being unable to deliver. Called CS again. Same thing. They will not escalate calls. Still no package. FedEx is garbage. Drivers are garbage. Management is garbage. Just a total dumpster fire.

Pretty decent place to work if you like to work and move a lot.Some of the management is great.?Some of it likes to lecture a lot. ☹️??They have great benefits if you work for themI'd say you should be able to lift at least 60 lbs to apply here, or at least be willing to work towards that.
