Fast, friendly and professional.
Unlike other body shops in the area, they actually pick up the phone when you call. They were straight forward with the estimate, how long the work will take and let me know as soon as I can pick up the car. The shop also works with Enterprise if you need to arrange for the pick up and drop off of a rental car. My car looks great and I have no complaints.

I had some body work done here. Excellent job, owner Todd is very involved with repairs and the quality of the work that goes out the door. Will take any future body work to Hamilton's.

The driver door on my new pickup truck got two ugly dings in it so I contacted my insurance provider who gave me a list of shops. I chose Hamilton's because I like Salem. The owner gave me a ride home when I dropped off the truck. It was returned in three days and like magic the dents were gone with no indication that anything had ever happened to it. The delay was due to a sill molding that had to be ordered. I recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

These folks are fantastic! This is the second (separate) time we have had work done on our car and both times these folks have been prompt and absolutely top notch at repairing our car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of collision repair!
