So I ordered the flowers a week ahead of time to be delivered to my wife's work on Valentine's Day. On the day before Valentine's Day, I realized that my wife was off on Valentine's Day. I called, knowing that I was asking too much, and they very happily changed my delivery to later that afternoon of the same day I called. The flowers were beautiful and my wife was very happy. Customer for life!

i was willing to give Tracy & her crew the benefit of the doubt on her "less than favorable" reviews. She made one order, right So when I insisted that Teleflora give her the order for my mother's flowers She informed me that her prices were higher than what was paid for through Teleflora Then the order got canceled. She was very nice the first couple of times I talked and texted with her..... her manner changed drastically. At first, she said she would go ahead and do it when she thought it was for the standard size I paid for the deluxe then it went to "I don't know what to tell you"," they didn't send me enough money to fill your order" If I hadn't been paying attention, my mother would've never gotten her flowers. A piss poor way to do business on both ends her shop and Teleflora. BUYERS BEWARE. "

I am so pleased with their service.Called in the afternoon for an event the next. Picked a standing spray with patriotic theme and asked for some extras, and if they could add some to the charge and make it really special. The additional charge was like ten percent, but I feel it looked at least twice as nice!

Jobe’s Florist is the best! They do such a good job and are so nice to deal with! I called on Friday afternoon to order flowers and they delivered the most beautiful arrangement on Saturday! I can’t recommend them enough!

I pastor a local church and have used a lot of different florists for funeral arrangements. Lately, they’ve all been expensive and underwhelming for the cost. The arrangement I ordered for Jobe was expensive, as expected, but it was incredible and I feel like it was definitely worth the cost. Also, I ordered online and they didn’t have the needed flowers and called immediately to try and resolve the issue. The lady called their wholesale distributor and immediately went to pick them up so they could deliver the arrangement on time.They will be my go-to florist from now on.

We ordered flowers for a family member and when they were supposed to be delivered the person never called to advise they weren't going to be delivered. They were very rude when trying to follow up. Flowers were delivered days later. An extra star cause the flowers were nice. But would not recommend!

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional place if business. I ordered flowers for someone who had a recent death and expected them to be delivered in the delivery date but they never were. In fact, when I called to get an ETA 3 days later, the told me my order was cancelled! The woman on the phone was so rude. I'm so glad we ended up going with FTD flowers instead.

I ordered an arrangement for an employee's family for sympathy. Cost me nearly $70. The arrangement is so small it is embarrassing. My florist would never provide the bouquet that Jobe did. It was also poorly arranged.
