“The installers Ryan and Brad and sales rep Garrett were great!!! They answered all my questions. They were all very polite.The finance guy Matt did not tell the hidden fee in loan up front which was not professional on his part. I found out about the fee by going online and finishing the loan process. The fee should have been told about as soon as they discussed the loan with customer.”
