Requested my medication be ordered 5 times in 2 weeks, each time told there was some issue with the refill and they'd fix it. Still only getting 2 doses because of an issue they "understand and will fix" quickly followed by "ok see soon, bye". Treat people like they don't matter long enough and they'll replace you. Hate my insurance changed or I'd quit giving them my business.

I have used this same Kroger pharmacy over the last 35 years, with never a problem! However it’s has been rough picking up from there this last year! There are not enough employees to run the drive-thru (which is why I have always preferred it!) But I know the past few years we have all struggled recovering from Covid!But the rude and uncaring tech that I talked with last night, was the worst experience of my life! My support dog has seizures, but with her meds she is stable! I requested a refill by pharmacy text, so not to take a person away from the customers in the store, 4 days before she would need them! I was told when I went to pick them up, “they were a few days behind getting refills filled”. I get that, but it had been a few days, I asked how I could get the refill, and the tech was of no help!! She said, “that’s why we tell you to call first!” I didn’t “talk” with anyone to know to call first.Needless to say, it was a rough night for my dog and me waiting and hoping there would be no seizures!Somehow, they managed to fill it before the left for the evening, but I did not know this.I called and left a voicemail before they opened! No return call, so I called back 20 minutes later and was told, “it was filled last night, it’s ready” No “i got your message” or “I hadn’t had a chance to call you back”Where has caring for the customer and helping the customer gone?I work in the medical field, so I understand the drain of so many to help! But come on Kroger Spartan Square, show some compassion!!

Completely rude. We had emergency medications called in at noon - I was told at 7pm they would not be filled until sometime Saturday. She looked past me and said NEXT. No recourse. No explanation - just move on. Not a good practice for a Health Professional.

Terrible pharmacy. The tech at front was rude and not helpful at all. Would not get scripts filled there at this location anyway.

Today I was shopping at Spartan Square Kroger’s. I had my cloth shopping bags that I reuse all the time in my buggy. Why my back was turned someone stole my bags. They were empty cause I had just started shopping! I complained to management! He said he could pull video but there was nothing he could do. He did give me two .99 cent bags. Just makes me made I had just purchased two of Kroger’s $5 cloth bags plus had a good refrigerated bag and other good bags. They don’t seem to care that they just lost a customer. I can spend my money elsewhere. And probably won’t get stolen from while I’m at another store!!!

the store itself is awesome and I do all my grocery shopping here! however the pharmacy is horrible. rude pharmacy staff, issues after issues with not being able to get my daughter's medicine on time. and they always want to blame someone else. never receive the text alerts they claim to send out when an RX is ready. yet they say "well we sent it". the staff is always RUDE, never seem to know what they are doing. and when you ask to speak to the store manager to file a complaint they will hang up on you!!! I will definitely be switching pharmacies.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy in my life. I was told that the wait for my medications would be in hour which is understandable on an afternoon around 5. I ended up waiting over an hour and 30 minutes for my medicines went through the draft for on pick up realize they had only given me one. I went back says drive-through and explained to the pharmacist that both my medications were not in the bag she explained to me that women drop off I said that the time was too long which makes no sense why would I wait on one medications and not both. When I asked how long it would take to prepare of the other one I was told 30 to 45 minutes I apply let asked if there was any way they could expedite that and the pharmacist looked at me through the drive-through glass on the phone and said not while on talking to you and slammed the phone down. I will never ever ever use another kroger pharmacy again in my life.

I was asking questions about vaccines and the pharmacist quickly became very rude and confrontational. I was shocked and walked away. Apparently she thought I was questioning her expertise but was trying to clarify my understanding of which vaccines were required and their records. I had a question about what a pharmacist had told us earlier. Shocking experience!

I went to this pharmacy as a convenience of location. First, they gave me the wrong prescription. Then, they forgot to mention they couldnt fill a script I gave them. I found out when I reached home and opened the bag. Then I had to wait 3 days and an extra hour for my meds because they forgot to fill the script when I called. Very unorganized.
