Exceptional staff, extremely helpful and kind and accommodating to the guest. Comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding. Microwave and small refrigerator in room is always a plus. Convenient location. Quiet, I felt safe. I met some very nice guess at breakfast. Having DOVE PRODUCTS TO USE WAS A BIG PLUS FOR ME THANK YOU!!!
NICE breakfast. I will book again.

We like this hotel a lot from clean towels and sheets, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. It's great if they have breakfast opens until 10am and better coffee.

Great value for the price. Hotel was clean and aparently updated. Bed was very comfortable. However, shower head and tub shower outdated. Shower spray was just adequate. Breakfast was basic, coffee needs huge improvement.
Walkability: Tried walking the.dog and found it to be not convenient. Hilly and the streets were not adequate for walking. Gym in hotel made up for the desire to walk though.

Rooms are nice and clean and in better shape than some LaQuintas. Pillows only acceptable, not great. We tend to stay in LaQuinta when traveling with our dog.
My BIG problem with this hotel is the overwhelming artificial fragrance smell everywhere, from the moment you walk into the lobby and all the rooms. Almost knocked me over. Smells like a febreze factory, which is not a good thing, given the fact that artificial fragrances are BAD for your health. There are many people with sensitivities or allergies to these fragrances.
You can have clean without all the artificial crap.
Also, when I mentioned being overwhelmed by the fragrance at the front desk, not one word. They should be more aware.

My wife and I went on a short trip to Roanoke VA. This hotel was very Clean. It is in a great Location. The front desk was very nice and very helpful. The maid was also very helpful when I asked for towels and wash clothes. Will consider this hotel in future visits.

I have stayed at this hotel multiply times due to their pet policy but this may be the last time. I booked online and did the online check in. The charge for the hotel went through and all was well. Everything went fine. At least I thought. Now I have noticed another separate charge on my credit card for a large amount. There is no explanation or reason for this charge so I've contacted my credit card company. I've called and left a message with the hotel with no return call or explanation from the manager. After this call it showed a temporary refund for the charge but now the charge is back. Next, the original amount I was charged for the hotel booking has changed. I am very disappointed in this experience and the service I've received regarding this matter. I have stayed at this hotel over many times but this will be the last.

I am that type of person that when it comes to staying in hotels I cringe but I must say that I was very happy with my stay here. No funny smell, clean rooms and friendly staff. ? We will be staying here again.
