Everyone very nice and helpful. Got to my car very quickly, ordered the part and was fixed same day. Even gave me a ride to the rental car place. Also great variety of free coffee and hot tea while you wait!

William was so nice and pleasant to chat with. Being a widow and not knowing anything about a car whatsoever I was thinking I probably needed new tires. They took my car right on back and after checking my tires I did need two tires. I was satisfied with the price and I will be taking my vehicle back to Mr. Tire Auto Service Center.

Hi! I was visiting beautiful Virginia from Mass. Unfortunately my car had some issues with my hazard lights. I brought it down to Mr Tire & the man at the front desk, James, said he’d see what he could do. Within no less than 15 minutes he diagnosed what was wrong with the car, showed me the problem & helped me be on my way for my trip.

Mr. Tire in Salem, VA., has never given me a reason to go anywhere else. This past week we called about replacing tires. After giving them the size/type needed, they let us know there was a buy one - get one free deal. During the installation, they recognized a brake issue. We were aware of the brakes needing replacement (rotors too worn to turn again) during our last inspection at our regular mechanic's shop 7 months earlier. They did the tires and the brake job very reasonably. The whole process lasted only a little over 75 minutes, which we spent shopping next door at Walmart. The guys are professional, fast, pleasant and honest. Both I and my wife have used them several times with no disappointment.

Had a pipe go through tire and Crack wheel. From out of town and freaked out. Needed a new wheel the guys there hooked me up with the number of a junk yard. They had a wheel,went and got they installed it and has been good. Without there care and amazing customer service I would have been screwed. Treated us like family. They are amazing and wish they were in my neighborhood

I can't speak upon their quality of work at all, but trying to get tires put on last minute and the general manager came out and was very honest letting me know that the machine they have mayor up my wheel since their other one is down, very helpful. Pointed me in another shop who is able to get it done. Appreciate the good customer service here

Friendly staff, excellent service, just all around good experience!
I recently ran over something that put a hole in my tire and these guys got me in immediately, got it patched up and back on the road super-quickly.
