Clean salon. But I made my appt last week and told them I’d be taking off builder gel and want builder gel for my nails. Turns out they don’t have builder gel or know what it is. I told Rosie I want pink French on nails and toes and I want a pink that’s dark enough so we could create my own line. So does my toes and starts to do the line and I can see my natural line through the polish. I’ve been there for an hr and half already so I said screw it. It’s time to get manicure and the girl who did pedi is getting ready to go. I’m like you’re not doing manicure? She said no. The guy said to wait another 15 mins to get my nails done. I just left. Paid 51 for a crappy pedi. I’ll just stick with Tony’s nails.

This place is gross and the staff are somewhat rude. I came into the salon for a manicure a few weeks ago. I made a last minute change to my requested service, and they were none too happy to accommodate my request (acrylic nails). As I was getting my nails painted, I noticed they had not performed any of the usual manicure routine (trimming nails, cuticles, etc). I felt frustrated, but then I glanced at their tools and felt okay about this because there was someone else’s dead skin all over their tools. From there, I noticed they do not use clean and sanitized tools or new disposable nail files for each customer. I’m fairly certain this is in violation of Virginia’s health code.
The also did not do the best job painting my nails, although the design was well done. Overall, not worth the $60+ I paid for the haphazard and incomplete service I received and I won’t return.

The stylist was able to schedule me the same day with a friend. She was professional, did not rush and made sure that I was pleased with her work . Highly recommend Nail Art.

My grandmother came to this salon to use her $100 gift card. She got a manicure and pedicure. While she was getting a manicure, the person did not have her put her hands in water, did not massage her hands, and did not clean up her cuticles and left dust everywhere. It was a disappointing experience for her as she has always loved going to the salon for the hand and foot massage and to get her fingers cleaned up nice.

It’s a nice and relaxing place. Everyone is very friendly. All technicians seem to be very good. I go to Casey. She’s excellent.

Casey is the best she takes her time and pays close attention to detail she's very personable she has a great attitude and I love her to death. She has always done a great job for me and she's been doing my nails for 12 years

If you advertise that Walk-ins are welcome. You need to make sure that the walk in feels like they are welcome. I was a walk-in today and I felt like I was being chastised because I didn't have an appointment. I just walked out because of this and I guarantee that I will never be a paying customer for them again! I went to another salon and I will be taking my entire wedding party to that salon. Nail Art should be nice to customers because you guys lost out.

The service was on point ! Very well executed. People were super nice and did mine and my moms nails with excellence. The price was worth the wait and the price. Totally would recommend this mail salon
