Highly recommend the Ford Service Department- just wish they had enough staff to answer the phone! Special shout out to Dean.

When your standing by the service bay and you hear several of the mechanics asking who change the oil and they go back and forth on it that’s a problem. When you get there before 8:30 and they put your truck in and it’s now 10:12 and I still have no keys to get going, that’s a problem. I’ll never do this again.

I called back at the end of March to schedule an appointment. They stated they were backed up so I set the appointment for a month out. When that day came, I called to verify and was told that nothing had changed and that they were still backed up, so, I waited another week and left my truck on a Monday morning. The truck was making the normal tick from the cam problem that all of the vehicles with the 5.4 Triton engine have and had a miss when I would pull my trailer. All I needed was the cam issue fixed. After 2 weeks of the truck just sitting, they finally decided to look at it. Dean called and said he needed a couple more hours to look into the engine and see if it was worth salvaging. So long story short, I got a call on Monday saying the truck needs a new engine due to sludge and it really wasn’t worth fixing the problem. They stated it would cost 11K to replace the engine. 11K? There’s new engines online for 3K that have 4 year warranties on them. So, I told Dean to put it back together and I would come get it. When I picked up the truck, I pulled off the lot and the truck would not even run. It stalled 6 times and wouldn’t even go above 15mph up a hill. Keep in mind, when I dropped the truck off, I had been pulling a 12ft enclosed trailer full of mowers and landscaping equipment and only had a miss every now and then. Now, the truck doesn’t even run. I finally made it home with the truck and was so angry, I thought it would be best if I cooled down before I called. My girlfriend actually called them while I went to work and explained the situation. After the service manager (Matt and his master technician) gave the 10 minute spill about how the truck was destined to “leave me on the side of the road” they came and unplugged the cams. Needless to say the truck doesn’t run at all now because they messed up the timing soooooo bad. So basically, I paid them 420.00 for them to actually make the problem far worse and leave me with a truck that doesn’t run anymore. I took my truck there thinking it was the best choice since they’re a dealership but I was sadly mistaken. I feel like I could have actually received better service from the neighborhood Speedie. Anyone who reads this, beware, if your vehicle requires attention other than an oil change, then don’t take your vehicle to this dealership...or better should I say Stealership!

The service department and dealership worked extra hard to resolve a difficult situation. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Berglund Ford.

Their after sale service is AWFUL. We have been trying to work with them to do ONE thing since the beginning of June. And despite assurances, this issue has still not resolved. I’m very disappointed in what I originally thought was a good company.

I am COMPLETELY disgusted by this dealership. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion from them not a MONTH ago. I've put less than 1000 miles on the car. A week after I got the car, the ford app let me know there was a recall on the powertrain control module. So I took it back and had the control module reprogrammed. Afterwards, more and more problems have started to arise including ones that could potentially kill me while driving this car. I took it back to service it one more time and they said there was nothing wrong with the car even though the engine was throwing codes. So I took the car back again in good faith. It started to act up more and more. Yesterday, I finally took the car back to the dealership and told them that I wanted out of that car because of all the issues. They said okay, that it was no problem. So I took the time to test drive another car and everything was looking great... until they brought me back the new estimate of what I would be paying for this 2016. I'd be paying MORE for the 2016 because they were trying to use the Fusion as a trade in. I told them that if that is what they were going to do that I would just make it a part of my routine to have it service EVERY time it has any issue. I told them what had been happening with the gearshift and said fine that I was coming back to get it serviced today and it better be fixed. They said they would fix it and actually gave me their word it would get fixed. After having a 20 minute conversation on the phone with them today, they've now gone back on that word and said that they won't fix anything unless I can make the issue happen right in front of them. It is absolutely ridiculous that I pay 22K for a car and extra warranties and they will not fix it. NEVER do business with Berglund Ford Mazda. They will do anything to make a buck and save a buck. They do not care about your safety.

Randy Bivens was a great sales associate! Being in the car business I know how internet shopping can be taxing on the sales associate. Randy was nothing but kind and upfront about everything on the 2013 Shelby GT500. We arranged shipping of the car to California from Virginia and they were very accommodating about holding onto the car until the trucking company came to get the vehicle. Jeff Loder was also fantastic as he helped out with all the documents being fedex'd back and forth. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, and especially Randy and Jeff, they are top notch guys! I look forward to putting miles on this Shelby for years to come.

*Caution - bought a Mazda on 6/30 and still don't have the paperwork. Gladly took my money and now can't give me the paperwork. Very unprofessional. I can't drive the car due to my states laws.
