I was changed over to Adapt Health and Roberts Home Medical by my insurance company for my CPAP machine and supplies. I must say this was a pleasant change and Rebecca was a pleasure to have on my case. I learned more about my machine and how to set up and use in a short time. I am glad I made the switch

Tried to get a bed from another DME provider, after 2 months of not receiving a bed from them I switched to Adapt and received my bed in less than 2 days!!

Everything was great. My only slight issue is that I was told someone would call to let me know of the approximate arrival time. That didn't happen. But in the big picture, not a big deal.

The main office itself is hard to reach someone; BUT, every time we call a technician comes out quickly and takes care of our oxygen needs.
