Shrinkflation. Halved the burrito size but kept it at $10, scam tastic food. Don't eat here. Tried to call 3 times but just hung up on me after the third time of just dialing, never spoke to a person. Ya'll should be ashamed.
Called the main customer service line and got credited the food, I just wouldn't go to this store. They shove the sauce packets in the bag rather than actually putting it on your food, they give you way less actual food than you purchased, and generally the menu itself is really overpriced. (7 dollars for 3 potstickers, I mean come on guys.)

Always messes up orders, always out of several things, takes FOREVER to get your order even if you’re the only one there. We just waited over 30 minutes for a milkshake when we were the first to order and eventually we just left without it. Also if you go in at night the bathrooms are a disgusting wreck and not stocked with toilet paper or anything. This sheetz has needed some serious TLC for awhile, just go anywhere else if you need to stop.

I go to this store store every morning and some for lunch The employees there do very well with their jobs but when they are understaffed it hard to get caught up during the rush

Stopped here to get gas, told the lady at the counter to put $17 on the pump, only got $7.07 worth of gas. Went inside to tell them to give me the rest of my gas,I was told that they weren't going to do anything about it and then was ignored for an hour ad I'm standing at the counter trying to speak to the manager. When she finally acknowledged me, she told me that she was on break. They also have messed up every single order I've placed and refuse to fix or do anything about it. Really dislike this sheetz, smh people are rude and don't care about there customers.

Me and my fiancé came to this location around 11:30 at night to order food. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches and a bucket of fries. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food because the employees were running all over creation except to where the food needed to be made. And when they would start to make the order they’d leave it sitting on the cutting board another 5 minutes before wrapping it. Our sandwiches were cold by the time we got home (we live about 5 minutes from there)…. When I worked at sheetz I never in my life would make my guests wait more than 5 minutes for their order, no matter how big. This is unacceptable and management needs to get a grip on their employees. Will not be returning to this location

Placed two separate orders that I paid for… got the first one and then waited 15 minutes on the second one and finally I asked asked “ hey where is the second order ? “ they told me I didn’t pay for it… I legit had to show my bank statement. Absolutely ridiculous , the second order was even sitting on the desk getting old and dry also. Super stellar service.

Just like all sheetz, this store needs to prioritize the people standing in the store over the door dash and grub hub orders. The food is always good, it just takes forever.

The ice cream machine right next to the deli has great ice cream. The only problem is that 14 of the last 15 times I have gone in there, either an out of order sign is on the machine, or a sign says "closed for cleaning". How can you sell any ice cream if the machine is never working??
