Absolutely! One of the best experiences I've had at a store ever! Soon as I walk through the door they greet me. Asked me what I need. I tell them I need set amount of paint and she is already running around getting it mixed and everything I need within seconds. The manager there is great friendly same with the assistant manager. We need more people like this in the customer service industry outstanding!

The Salem store has the best service. They are always friendly and helpful. I refer everyone to this store. I buy ALOT of paint and have always been treated wonderfully. They also know their stuff about what they sell ?

The website said that they were open but I tried to call many times it just rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered. All the others list them selves as closed with the exception of Rocky Mount Virginia. I went to the Rocky Mount Virginia store that said it was open and it had a sign on the door saying that they were closed. I don’t think Sherwin-Williams teaches their managers how to use the Internet
