Ordered a one-time drop off of documents to shred via the website. Received a confirmation email with my payment processed. Went to the drop off location on the confirmation email and was told they do not allow drop off and that we had been scammed. 45 minutes on the phone with multiple customer service representative and bottom line is that locally they don't take drop offs and they could not refund my $300 payment. Had to cancel my debit card to stop payment and get my money back. Worst customer experience ever.

We have been compiling our shred pile for months, and during that time Shred-It checked in to see if they could help, but were not pushy at all. Once we completed, I made a call and within a week they were here to pick up. The entire process was fast and painless!
