“I have to say this is one of my favorite stores because they always go above and beyond. I create calendars for family each year on-line and pick up in the store. This year I picked a horrible template on-line and it looked awful...Veronica took the time to see if there was anything she could do to salvage the work I had done or I would have had to start all over. She was able to make the photos full page and printed a sample one so I could review and confirm it was what I wanted... And I got a call a few hours ago, I was in the store yesterday with the issue.
