Bad experience overall. One of our friends also had negative experience in this store as weĺl as did many others reviewing this location, so believe them, it's true!I would suggest going to the T- Mobile store in Roanoke (Oak Grove), these folks are awesome and very good to their customers! Go where your business is appreciated and you feel good about spending your hard earned money.

We went in the T-Mobile store in Salem, VA. To upgrade our phones, the manager himself by the name “Stephen” Was super nice, pleasant and very knowledgeable, he was able to explain everything to us, and the new iPhones 15 Pro and the 15 pro Max!! the different plans for our phones and how to setup the phones at home to transfer data. Also, explained the latest equipment for our home internet service. Thank you, T-Mobile, for having such a pleasant and knowledgeable manager and making the service for the phone purchases so simple. We were in and out of there within 20 minutes.We like the store also, very nice, clean and organized.Thank you, T-Mobile, we are a very happy customer!!

The old staff was amazing, but the new staff are not knowledgeable about any insurance. My fiancé has his phone insured through assurant and our daughter broke the back of his screen. He has come to the store at least 5 times and was told there was nothing that could be done. While on the phone with a representative of assurant, they let my fiancé know that they called the store and spoke to one of the employees whose name was Shaun. Shaun stated he had NOT spoken to the insurance rep and there was nothing that could be done EVEN THOUGH the rep spoke to Shaun and told him what needed to be done. Customer service is AWFUL at this location.

The woman who waited on me this morning was rude.she asked for my ID when I showed her the tmobile Tuesday app she said it was policy and my son has never been asked to show his ID. She is being prejudice against us because doesn't like us. I know this because she doesn't ask for ID for everyone. The valley view store is top notch I would recommend them all day. I wouldn't recommend the Salem store to nobody. Even tmobile customer service said we didn't have to show ID.

Ever since we got the service I have been to the store twice because I kept dropping calls or didn't get the calls told the woman working where I was which was lakeside and out Bradshaw she said that they were working on the towers there nothing she could do. Every time I told her she said that they are working on the towers. That is there answer for everything.

Picked up a replacement phone yesterday. I have had 2 interactions with a guy with a beard, sadly I did not get his name. Clearly he has zero customer service qualities. While he was swapping the service over to the new phone he was playing a game on his phone. There was no communication. When he was done he slid the phone in my direction. No words..I proceeded to ask about a new phone for my line and he was not the least bit interested in helping me. Eventhough this location is real close to my home I will NOT return.

We were at T-Mobile to get a prepaid plan for our Hotspot. Not being used to this service, we are from Canada, the 2 gentleman were so very nice and helpfull. They arranged everything for us and we are now fully operationnal. We never had such a good service before, even if it was not the usual service they render. Thank you so much. Will be back next year!

My son and I were eligible for upgrades, and Richard was amazing every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. If you are a Sprint/ T mobile customer ask for Richard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience at the Salem Sprint(Now apart of T-Mobile) has been nice. The store manager, Jonathan, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. All-in-all a great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
