If I could give them zero stars I would. I banked with them for years, but my account closed for not using it for a year (OK, I get that). Went in today to get EUROs for a trip- they refused to let me open another account!Elderly teller said “it is a waste of paper.”

Once I went into this bank. I was not in a good mood because of the horrible traffic in Salem, which is horrible. I asked to have money withdrawn and made no comments to the clerk. Apparently she heard my distain for the Traffic and felt the appropriate action was to FRAUDULENTLY say that I had told her I lost my card and closed it on me; The same card the I used to make the transaction. I am pretty sure she still works there. Again, said nothing to her other than asking for my money. . Avoid this branch

Stop by and visit Mel, she is very patient and considerate. I don't normally visit this location, but it was a great experience.

Worst store location. Went in to do a few withdrawals from my account was friendly with the teller. The teller acted like she didn't want to do my transaction and rolling . I hear someone walking be hind me. My teller saying hello amy and not engaging with me. I look behind the lady had on Gucci clothes. I guess my teller was more interested in the way you look to give you the best care. What happened to customer care? Have to go to Roanoke location ro get great service. This location I guess you have to look like money to get it.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you, I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is full of smiles and very close with their repeat members and work efficiently. Would 100% recommend!

Incompetent bank, Ignorance is rampant within the staff. Even if there is a problem the managers are so busy on their cellphones to look up and know. Or to lazy to care. Rates are ridiculous, holds on money for no reason and can't explain it. This bank even charges you to cash their own checks... A joke of a bank formed around what was the terrible SunTrust. If I could give 0 stars it would be more accurate.

Decided to charge me overdraft fees more then once on the same day leaving me with a negative balance. If the overdraft charges didnt come out I would literally be positive in my account. How does a bank justify that? They dont. They send you from one person to the next to try and get you to quit on getting the charges back you guys still owe me $527.50 and I am not okay with that!

Good bank. There app isn’t always accurate though. It will tell you what you’re available balance is but sometimes it’s not right. Watch out for overdraft fees

This place has turned into a nightmare since the merger with SunTrust. The staff who came from the other bank are rude and clearly can't do their jobs. We have complained multiple times and now are closing accounts.

After the merger I received a bill for our vehicle payment that had previously been on auto draft. There was zero communication about the merger and zero notification that my auto draft would remain intact. When I called to pay the bill it stated the payment was due and did not let me know that it was already scheduled to come out. I was unable to log in online because it said the loan account number they gave me was invalid so instead of being able to create an online account I had to use the phone system. They apparently had the auto draft already on and then still took out the payment I made over the phone so I was charged twice. After sitting on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to a human I was told that there was nothing they could do but mail me a paper check. They cannot reverse the duplicate payment.A major bank cannot reverse a duplicate payment digitally. I call BS.Switching banks ASAP.

Why do you think that Brinks truck was blocking the atm Emil ? It's because it was being serviced at that time. So you couldn't have used it anyway. I work for Brinks and we do this for security reasons. Your safety and ours. If you just been a little patient, we would have moved out of the way when we were finished. I hope you understand now. Thank you.
