Al and his team were great!! I called in a panic on Thursday with a flat tire. We were hundreds of miles from home doing college visits. Al suggested locations closer to me, but when that timing didn’t work, he said he’d be happy to help. When we arrived he knew us right away, offered wonderful hospitality while we waited, and had us back on the road in a 40minutes. My daughter was so thankful to not have her trip ruined by a dumb nail!

This constitutes my second attempt at entering this information:
In Oct 2025, I purchased a set of tires for my 2013 Camaro. I purchased these tires from Tire Discounters, located at 2218 W. Main Street in Salem, VA. The Service was Super-Dupper, and the Staff was Excellent. Yes, I did love it all😉.
Staff was very knowledgeable as relates to tires/rims. They patiently answered all my silly questions and put my mind at ease.
The manager, Mr. Al Durham, displayed a servant style of Leadership. Leadership by example. Mr. Durham refused, and was slightly offended, when I offered him a tip. Can you imagine?
Thanks Mr. Al, Ms. Shell, and Mr. Kelley. I’ll be back.

They was fast and really professional but their prices are ridiculous I paid 180$ to get a set of tires put on a little sedan, anywhere else’s would be less than 100$

The manager was great! Got an inspection and it was completed within a reasonable time even as their computers were down. Will come back for the fast and friendly service!

They are wonderful here. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my Jeep. Al is kind and amazing and didn't give up on an issue that we had. Bless these people they are truly amazing and I will be a forever customer. Thank you so much

Al and Joe were awesome! I had went to a competing tire shop nearby and they were 300$ more! I went for the alignment and I’m glad I did because I was WAY off! They showed me the specs and explained what they meant. Thanks Al and Joe!
