This place should have never been built near a residential neighborhood. I don't know who approved it but they should lose their jobs. Constant traffic congesting the entrance to the neighborhood I've almost been hit four times trying to to come home. Placed a wooden sign out front that blocked your visibility to see oncoming traffic when trying to leave the neighborhood. Place makes an ungodly screeching noise constantly. Tried calling them to get them to deal with it never answer the phone. Gonna call the city and file a noise complaint Monday.

Nice features like vacuums, glass cleaners and clothes...but I went through the wash twice. The second time because the dried coffee outside drivers side door was still there after the first wash. It was, again, still there after the second wash. So, I just rubbed it out myself with the cleaning clothes they provide for washing windows. I just think it should have come out with two washes but I didn't want to go through the hassle of asking them to take care of it again since they were so busy.

I recently had a “redo” car wash at the Salem,VA location. I’ve had issues in the past of buying a premium car wash and my car not getting clean so I called to complain. They were kind enough to allow me to come back at no charge. However on my “redo” a young man knocked off my shark fin antenna cover with a long handle wooden brush that was being used to wash my back windshield prior to my car going in the wash. After calling the corporate office for days and not getting a response I was able to speak with a local district manger. A settlement was made and I was appreciative of the his fast response. My three star review is only because when the young man knocked off my antenna cover - his response was “it just fell off”. No sir, you knocked it off with your brush. I hope this experience will bring more training to your staff and how to handle situations like this better in the future.

The team is very helpful, wash great, but my favorite is all the perks you get to use towels, glass cleaners, vacuums and mat cleaners that really get the job done. Promotions are running from time to time to save on car wash memberships. Highly recommend!

I treated myself and got THE ULTIMATE CERAMIX wash for $25 that includes the Ceramix Fusion, Hot Wax & Shine, Undercarriage Rinse, Bug Prep, Tire Shine, Rain Repellent and spent time vacuuming and wiping down the interior with the provided cleaning supplies. The "Floor Mat Washing stations" are a HUGE plus to me. Who the heck wants to put dirty floor mats back into a clean interior? I used to never take my car through an automated wash, but decided to give this one a chance because it was new. It does a great job, and the equipment they have available to detail the inside is helpful (when in working order).

Best car wash in town. Kaleb was polite and helpful at the pay kiosk. Fair prices with monthly memberships. Car came out sparkling clean. Vacuums were powerful and towels were clean! Very impressed!
