Marcio šÆ!!
I had 2 Amazon returns, I wanted to return both of them to the Salem,VA UPS Store on Main St. For some reason Amazon changed 1 of my return drop off locations to Staples in Roanoke. I could not correct this, but Marcio took his time and tried to correct this for me. Amazon wasn't having it. lol With his help I was able to contact Amazon and correct the issue! I appreciate Marcio's time, patience and his kindness.

The employees at the Salem UPS office are eager and attentive. This package is actually a USPS box which I left at the UPS Store in Salem for pickup by the postman. 5 stars.

I just left this store and what an unpleasant experience!!!!
There is a man that needs some serious customer service training. Heās foreign, shorter, and tanned skin. I gave one item and he scanned it and I literally had 4 other boxes in my arm. Mind you, Iām visibly pregnant. He said are you done, I said no I have more. I repeated, I have more things. I repeated, Iām not done. This man says to a guy behind me, āSirā. So I then needed to get loud and say ā I told you I have more and Iām not doneā! He had a smirk on his face.
Then he tried to reject my other package stating I needed to go to staples when my Amazon QR code said āany UPS storeā. Which he refused to look at. Another gentleman stepped in to tell him, I could return there. That guy tried to give me a difficult time but the other worker who was younger and tall took over for me.
I give the other guy that helped me 5 stars but the experience was so unpleasant, Iām giving 1 stars. Although I had a box, the other guy also refused to put a piece of tape and with another snarky smile, pointed to $5 tape behind me.
I donāt think I can come back to this location as long as this man is here. He seems to like to intentionally taunt people.
I would like to add, it appears the Owner (Marcio) of this location according to all of the 1 stars reviews is the person who is rude, disrespectful, and taunting customers. I also notice an influx of positive Marcio reviews after negative 1 star reviews. I will be calling UPS corporate to complain!

I have been taking my Amazon returns here for quite sometime time.. and there is one guy not sure if he is the manager or who.. but one day is nice and easy to deal with and then the next he will talk down to customers.. today he was rude and was rolling his eyes at everyone that came through the door. Huffing and puffing because they didnāt have the return code available and ready to go.. he was in the back of the store for at least 10 minutes before coming up front and then yelling at all the customers to hurry up because he needed to leave.. if at I will avoid when he is working or go out of way to Staples for returns.

My first time at this UPS store. I was very impressed. They went above and beyond looking for a large box for a laser engraver I had to return and stayed a little passed closing time to take care of my package.
