Was excellent at first. We have been with them a little over 2 years and the cell service has steadly declined. Our calls are being dropped and we are not getting texts and when we do it is hours later. We even got a booster for the house. It is pretty bad!

Mixed experience. Fortunately, I arrived just after the store opened, so essentially no wait. Salesman helpful, but aggressively tried to (over) sell every accessory- but in that sense, he was just "doing his job." Manager on duty (? Darren) was friendly and helpful.The salesman knew that I was a US military veteran, its noted on my US Cellular account. In "conversation", I mentioned that i was going hunting and that marksmanship was one of my hobbies. In what I guess was his attempt to "creat a bond," he told me several (straight faced) personal anecdotes. I listened to each without question. I was there ~1 hour and 45 minutes and eventually was "just ready to go." Delays were attributed to "the (computer) system"; every delay was accompanied by attempt to sell me something else and periodically one of his "stories." In hindsight, I feel a bit insulted that he was tell me such obvious BS. Did he really think that I would believe that someone could consistently kill a wild turkey at 75 YARDS by using an airsoft rifle to shoot the turkey in the head. I have some understanding of MOA, MIL, windage, bullet drop, ballistic coefficients, spin drift, etc; so I knew his "stories" were clearly BS. He apparently also thought that i would believe that someone could get close enough to a wild turkey to jump on it and kill it instantly with bare-hands. Or that the killed (wild) turkey weighed 34 pounds and was a bearded hen. This hen supposed had a beard that was over 8 inches long and was just shy of the VA State record. There were other fantastical tales.After being there (US Cellular Store) so long, I was just ready to go and so didn't call BS on any of his stories. Besides, i didnt want to "get into it with someone who clearly has no inkling of even basic ballistics. In hindsight, having someone think that I was that stupid or gullible is insulting.

After continuing to return for the same issues including international calls for 5 months i still find myself having connections issues international and in the states too. Spent a month in NC with no service and cost me jobs as well. Customer service and connection is terrible. I don't recommend it.

Absolutely refreshing! Great customer service from a knowledgeable adult. I walked right out of Verizon after being treated like an unwanted guest for years. I'm not used to competent service so I was taken back when my family and I were in and out with new phones in about 30 minutes. I will be continuing to do business with US Cellular for years to come! Great work guys!

I was having an issue with what I thought was the wireless charger I had recently purchased for my new iPhone 12. I stopped in at this U S Cellular location yesterday for help. Turns out, the issue was with my phone. I was very impressed with the store Manager who went out of his way to help me. He made an accommodation to help me when he didn’t have to. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the level of customer service and I truly appreciate the fact that the Manager no only cared about my issue, but went beyond his duty to take care of me.

Was good service.Since 5gb they have lessened my service.Do not get this company.It never worked with my daughter's iphone 11 either.She switched to straight talk.Always had excellent signal with them.In April I am going back to straight talk.The past 2 months I have no service or dropped calls all day.They should pay my bill.WhyShould I pay them to fail me?Then 1.5 months after failing they send a text stating may be a break in service up to 48 hours.Okay who pays my bill for that? I am done with a gigantic bill, poor signal and dropped calls.Do not get u s cellular.
