Won't go back. This is NOT a Verizon corporate store, it is an outside authorized dealer called Cellular sales, it's painted to look like a corporate store though. They also won't tell you they are not a Verizon store, this is actually a thing Verizon is allowing for many stores. I upgraded my phone on 3/23/24. I did not ask for nor want to change my plan. A rep named Noah, changed my plan without telling me. He didn't even upgrade me to a good plan, just slightly higher plan than where I was, just enough that he could get a bigger commission and we might not have noticed the change. My husband caught it when he just happened to go to a different store a week later to upgrade his own phone but it happened to be a corporate store. So, the sneaky switch was bad enough, but they did something messed up to my number when they activated my phone as well. He messed it up so badly that Verizon tier 2 tech couldn't even figure out how to fix the phone for two hours and eventually had to just end up canceling my number, deleting it from my account and starting over. We're still not sure what was done. I couldn't receive calls for a week. A nice guy at the same store helped me call Verizon at least, so not all the reps are bad. I wouldn't go here again, I don't appreciate being scammed. A complaint was put in with Verizon against the store and the sales rep. *cross posted on Google reviews*

I want to give a big online shout of praise and thanks to Nick Ginnings at the Salem Verizon branch. Two weeks ago he halped my husband and I upgrade our phones, and his assistance and patience were WAY above the bar and exceeded all expectations. He competently and efficiently handled our transaction; my phone transfer proved more difficult, but Nick handled everything on his side so that we walked out of the store with upgrades, all our information, and a very, VERY pleasant experience. He also deftly handled several different transactions at once as another family repeatedly had questions while he was assisting us. I was so impressed with his manner and knowledge that I took my mother in today to upgrade her IPhone8; she was a bit nervous to upgrade and have to relearn a new phone. Nick set her up with a phone that perfectly matched her old phone, and she left feeling confident and competent. She was as impressed as we were with the manner in which Nick addressed her needs and made her feel comfortable. Can't say enough about this young man, Nick Ginnings, and our Verizon experience!

Me and my husband talked with Dustin and he helped sooo much. I was upset going in there because my phone stopped charging. I walked out with a brand new phone and 2 Apple Watches for such an affordable price. He was very kind, and patient with us answering any questions we had. Best store to go to if you are in need!

Had the best experience with Noah at the Salem store. He helped me for two days with getting me the exact phone I wanted. The lavender flip 5. We had so many issues with connecting it. He spent hours on the phone with customer support due to a nationwide issue trying to connect it. He was so patient and made my experience worth the troubl. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted after he spent hours working on getting it connected. I am very happy with my phone and is kindness. Best employee I have ever had going in to a store.
