HORRIBLE!!!! Is it too much to ask for the pharmacy to contact either me or my doctors office when I am out of refills and I try to call in a refill in?? It's not ok to just leave people hanging when it comes to medications. If you need something or there is a problem, just tell me and I will try to help fix it. Going days without meds is not fun, or safe

Only reason there's a 3 star is due to Crystal, Angela, Cathy, Ken, and Cambria (believe that's her name). Those are the ones I've trusted most. However I needed my inhaler by today December 31,2023, said it would be ready by 4pm, and here I am sitting at home at 7:55pm and I never received a text after I checked it was being worked on. Don't LIE about medications being worked on. Now I have to wait and not breathe right due to the pharmacy negligence.I'd suggest going elsewhere. Walgreens and CVS are usually quick. Me? I'm switching to New Horizons pharmacy. They care a lot, get you what you need in a timely manner. Best doctors I've ever had is New Horizons team.

It's pretty bad when you have a elderly parent waiting on you who lives three and a half hours away from you,to come and take care of them and all you need to do is call the pharmacy and see if they got a call from your doctor and if so,is the prescription ready, so you can go by and pick up your needed meds and get to your elderly parents and no one will answer your call !!!!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a -100 that’s what it would get. The service is terrible. They are suppose to call or text me when my son’s prescription is ready, they never do. When I call they are ALWAYS putting me on hold. Salem Walmart use to be good, not anymore????

0 stars. They withheld my medication for no reason and were extremely rude to me over the phone. Horrible customer service. I hate this because I actually enjoyed Walmart at one time. This behavior should be illegal.

Day 2 of trying to call the Wal Mart Pharmacy...Here's last night's timelime...1) Called was put on hold...waited 20+ minutes, hung up and called back (thought they forgot about me)2) Called, the pharmacist answered and put me on hold again before I could get a word out of my mouth...waited over 15 minutes, still no answer...3) Hung up and called again, seeing if I could get a word in...nope same thing...waited again...hung up again after waiting forever...4) Called Wal Mart itself to talk to Customer Service...the lady said "I'll have to walk back and check, please hold"...waited another 15 minutes...hung up and called Customer Service to see if she got lost???5) Customer Service tells me they can't transfer to the Pharmacy to call them...I explain again...I've tried, multiple times, I keep getting left on hold...she puts me on hold to "get someone for me"...I wait forever and hang up.I could've drove down there and back again in the amount of time this took. Do yourself a favor...find a different pharmacy...the 1 star is too generous here...

Everyone needs to switch to Walgreens pharmacy! My mom had to wait in line 20 minutes for them to tell them it’s not ready. Walgreens pharmacy gets your prescription ready in 20 minutes when u call or use the app

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Today (11-03-21) I went to grab my husband's medicine after he was discharged out of the hospital. So he was with me feeling nauseous and in pain. We went up after driving 20 minutes to get to Walmart just to be told it would be 20 minutes. Okay no big deal. While we walked around walmart he felt dizzy and had to sit down, he sat down in the floor of walmart until I check on his medication. I went up and asked here I am no sleep just got off work came home switched into my pajamas to try and get some sleep just to be told my husband has to be taken to salem hospital, here he is not feeling well sick to his stomach sweating and in sever pain just to be told a second time it isn't ready yet.The only pharmacy technician sat and spoke with a lady for 15 minutes over a booster shot another gentleman needing a booster shot multiple people in line and no one's medicine is ready. On top of that two ladies working the front were severely rude one names is Laken and the other one Is Angela. This pharmacy needs to have no stars for their rudness and unprofessionalism.

After reading the negative reviews, I can identify with many of their experiences. However, in the end, most of my similar experiences were initially caused by myself or my doctor's office. The Walmart Pharmacy is very popular and therefore is subject to some very busy hours each day. Doctor's offices don't always send prescriptions instantly, and they do have laws and rules to follow. My personal experience over the years have been great.

After waiting for prescriptions that were already called in and receiving texts saying they were ready, the pharmacy had no clue what had happened to them and told me they would have to run them through again, to wait 15 minutes! I had waited in the line 20 minutes already since it was backed up into the next row of isles with kitchen supplies. So, I went around the store for 15 more minutes and went to get the medicines and they had the wrong dosage, so I was told to wait AGAIN for 15 minutes and get back in line. I did this and he STILL only filled 30 of the 90 day rx my doctor had called in. I asked him to give me two days worth of medicine as it was blood pressure related, until he could get the prescription corrected, and he said “it doesn’t work like that” so I went home with no meds because my 90 day RX wasn’t filled and I would’ve had to pay out of pocket for the other 60 if I hadn’t gotten all 90 this time. CLASSY WORK WALMART pharmacist. I will now transfer all my care to WALGREENS. You guys really suck.
