I've never had bad experiences like I have had at this branch. Absolutely horrible. I bank with many other banks as well and this branch and this bank has been the worst.

The drive thru teller is always pleasant!!!! Without fail, this particular branch has always been consistent in wonderful customer service.

I have a 780 credit score. I was denied for a 2% cash-back credit card by Wells Fargo.And just now news breaks that Wells Fargo reached another $37 million settlement with the DoJ for yet another fraudulent act, this time overcharging foreign-exchange services.Y’all deserve what you get, frankly. Denying good business and getting fined for bad. Another day in paradise.

Tried to open an account the other day... was treated VERY poorly by staff. Very rude, tellers whispering to each other after I asked very basic questions about their accounts/services/etc.

I've been with platinum card Wells Fargo member since 2011. If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I have never been so disrespected by a young blonde haired teller in all my days. Customer service should be #1 when dealing with ones money! Whomever the manager is really needs to take heed to this warning! I will never deal with Wells EVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the worst bank to deal with. We have a business and a customer wanted to post date a check for 2k for a few days and after verifying they had an account there ( its a small community and we try to have faith in people) we agreed. Friday came so we call to verify funds, they said they couldn't give any information about a customer ( although they did 2 days before) and would have to bring check in. We did that and because we are a business, we needed something from our bank. We go to our bank and put them on speaker phone with The President of the bank and he had no idea what they wanted from us or why. They were just making us jump through hoops for no reason. All we needed was a yes or no answer on whether funds were available.

This branch has horrible customer service. As I sat and waited over an hour to speak with a banker, the woman in the back with blonde hair and glasses continued to talk with other bankers customers for an extended period of time. Then she proceeds to go back to her desk and sit down only to walk to the front and notice four people patiently waiting to be seen. Not only does she acknowledge this, she decides she would just go back behind the counter and continue her little pow wow. I guess customer service is dead and gossip is more Important than doing the job they pay you to do. I will be switching my membership to a more customer friendly bank. Unbelievable
