We got the membership in 2021, but really didn't start taking advantage until 2022, (they allow 12+ memberships which is fabulous, so we can teach healthier habits to our son) it's a small gym, but that's why we enjoy. Good arrange of work out equipment, always clean, did wish it had better stretching equipment, and a bit larger room for it as well. The color scheme is more pleasing then the obnoxious of planet fitness. It's very affordable and it's actually open 24/7 365.

I've had a membership here for close to four years now! Great gym, atmosphere, and people!

I definitely appreciate that this is a 24 hour gym which helps tremendously with my schedule! The staff there is SUPER helpful and friendly! If there is a machine or exercise that you're unsure of, they will guide you through it. Also this place is super clean and has plenty of friendly gym goers! During some of the months where people tend to plateau or become bored with their workouts, the staff will post monthly challenges for various exercises. I never knew how much I could press with my legs until this challenge came up!

I do love the 24/7, but i could use less of the racial profiling by a worker there the other day. I was going into the gym as usual scan my keychain and started looking for my ab machine that i was going to use before going to work at 1pm on a Tuesday. Immediately I'm approached by some lady who i guess worked there rapidly coming up to me asking," can I help you with something"? I didn't know actually what to say it was like i hadn't paid my membership fees and I was going to get kicked out for drinking alcohol in the bathroom. I felt bad for some reason and left. I'm thinking about going to Anytime fitness breaking the contract with WROKOUT ANYTIME 24/7.I'm only paying $19.99 a month better than the YMCA where you have to pay $58 per individual, but there definitely going to miss my contribution for their gym.

Such a small gym. One changing space. Equipment is good if you can get on it. No space to use mats for abs. Some equipment can't be used without being in someone's way.

Clean, friendly, affordable, allow children 12 and up to work out with family members and is located in a fairly easily accessed area across from Lewis Gail, only complaint is I wish they had a bigger room and a bit more equipment to stretch with.

Not a bad gym overall for the price and hours. The thing that leaves a bad taste for me is that I called to cancel. They told me that I had to come in and sign a form, couldn't just do it over the phone or email; so I get here and was told that I would be charged for an additional month because they have a 30-day cancelation policy," even though I paid extra to have the 'no commitment' and have been going here for a year and a half.

Great gym, very friendly people and staff. Lots of equipment and the place is very clean. If I had to come up with a complaint, the water fountain could definitely be replaced. Preferably with one that you can fill bottles with upright. But other then that I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone !

I took a friend with me for 3 days now with no issues, I have a premium membership that allows guest as long as they sign a waiver. I’ve taken guests with at the Bristol location and the Elizabethton location with no issues as long as they sign a waiver. We went to leave after our workout and we were asked if we usually use this location to which I said no. The lady proceeded to ask if my guest had paid and when we said no she said we weren’t allowed to bring guests no matter if a waiver was signed or not. If I’m not allowed to bring a guest then why do they keep waivers in the first place? Also why was I aloud and told we were fine by an employee at this location for the last 3 days and now it’s a problem? That doesn’t make any sense to me and given the fact that I pay extra to allow tanning and a guest also makes no sense to me. If I’m allowed to bring a guest to any other location why not this one? Also the fact we were inside for an hour working out and she never said a word to us until we were leaving. If it was an issue I feel like she should’ve stopped us on the way in. Definitely not coming back here and I definitely don’t recommend using this location if you want to bring a friend. Absolutely terrible.

Good gym. Can workout 24/7. Wish there was room to do floor exercises, that is my biggest complaint and why I will go elsewhere. The price could be a little better too.

It's a good gym. I got it, did my workout, and got out. I'd just recommend checking out the busy times.

I just joined around 2 weeks ago after a whole year in a half of not going to the gym due to covid. and I'm so happy that I've joined this gym, its super affordable, never super packed since it's 24/7 I can go anytime with no pressure of trying to hurry up before it closes and since I'm starting all over again and at times I'm a little sore at the end of the workout I go into the hydro massage and end up relaxed

Very nice facility and staff! It is always clean and never overly crowded when I visit. It's a 24/7 gym, and pricing is very fair! The equipment is always in great condition
