Packages were ripped open before being put into the locker. On a previous occasion, had a package shoved into a locker that was clearly too small, package was damaged.

requested a package be held for pickup. they sent it with the carrier anyway. then tried to argue with me about my request. too bad 8 had to leave 1 star. they deserve 0. mail delivered anywhere between 115 and 430 daily. completely useless

The employees are always so helpful and easy to work with. I get a lot of packages for me personally and for my library where I work. The service is always great!

Staff always has a smile on their face and is always helpful. They know you by name when you walk in the door. Always look forward to speaking to the ladies when I am there.

The front desk lady seemed to have been there for a long time. She wasn't talkative at all which made her seem stand-off-ish. I'm hoping that was just me judging her. She was nice enough I suppose. The office itself was clean. My rural route lady Reba is VERY nice. So because of her I'm rating high.

I have been using this post office for shipping and receiving packages for many years. I can say with confidence, that this is the best post office for prompt, friendly and professional service! The personnel treat you with respect, kindness and are always eager to assist their customers with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. If you're going to ship something I would recommend the Chilhowie post office, the staff there is a lot nicer and very helpful.
