I wish I had asked around before taking my car to bypass Auto, because since this incident everyone I've told has said, "what did you expect from Bypass Auto". I just got the major problem fixed from a good friend who's an electricion. When I left this Auto store my tires were low in air and my back seat panel was ripped off it's clips and hanging off my seat. I immediately drove back and asked them what was up. They said they put air in the tires, but they would put more air

Bought two tires and a rim for my vehicle I told them the size I needed they found a size and said it would fit. I tried putting it on my vehicle wouldn't fix went to take the parts back and they wouldn't refund me watch out for them they aren't good with a return policy which they should have stated on there door and over the phone. Worst experience I've ever had being it was their mistake. Never going there again.

Bad experience. Never again. Charged close to $200 to switch wires around on my trailer hook-up. I guess I should have gone to a trailer place, but they were recommended by a family member. Looks like they are "hit or miss" from all of the comments and reviews. I would steer clear.

Had to change my review due to the fact of being overcharged on my account. Despite repeated attempts over a two month period for them to rectify their admitted error and providing copies of proof, I had to file fraud charges with my bank. Beware
