A friend was in need of uhaul last minute... none available. Closest was almost. Charlottesville...opposite direction of that were headed... employees were nice though.

Reserved a trailer online from here recently, I thought it was very odd that the man took my husband's card and ID inside the home and out of view of us. We were not allowed to go inside to see the transaction happen. We have gotten a few fraudulent charges now on his card since.

I cannot say enough nice things about Mr Jackson and the way he does business he is very meticulous and he does things in a way that ensures your satisfaction and he will do just about anything he can to make sure that you come back and that you tell others about Jackson Automotive or the U-Haul neighborhood dealer franchise that he runs he is a one of a kind and a great wonderful person who I was very happy to meet I am recommending him if I could give him 10 Stars I would Mr Jackson is wonderful and I really enjoyed talking to him and I enjoyed running from him I would recommend that anyone in the area go to U-Haul neighborhood dealer and rent from Mr Jackson as he does things in the old school way but I promise you you will go away with a smile on your face and probably a a new place to rent trailers or trucks or car haulers or whatever you need and you will recommend it to others I guarantee it. Safety Mr Jackson you made my day and I'm very happy to have you in my network.

Mr.Jackson was very kind and helpful when we stopped for a last min trailer.. we even got a flat tire while we were there and he went out of his way to try and help us! He made sure we were able to fix our tire and able to still pull the trailer.
