This store never put toilet paper for customers , they do not have soap to clean hands either, that not right ? when you want to make business ????????? I am taking seven eleven front of Wawa on Richmond airport va.

I stopped to play my lottery the cashier was ringing my numbers up and the other cashier jumped over and cleared my numbers to print out powerball tickets for another man who came into the after me she’s a rude person and she needs to learn some customer service

Do not go here for truck diesel! The pumps won't pump fuel hardly at all. Prepaid because of using cash. I was there almost 2 hours waiting to pump approximately 150 gallons. They would not refund me because they had dropped the cash in the safe. I will not be back

Pump don't give receipts, which are important four our business. You might say go to another gas station we only allowed to fill at shell and that's the nearest one. It said on map 24/7 there is a lady inside but doors are closed. I ask for a receipts from under the door she didn't once and never again. Every time she see me she close the door and go to her phone or the back office. Yes it's me the Taxi driver. Ya need to be a little nicer I never did anything to you guys. I am always nice why you do this. I didn't want to post this review but you pushed me to it.

Krystal is kind, with very courteous customer service. I will always hit up this 7 eleven to gas up and get a snack!

The cashier Leslie I absolutely love the way she goes above and beyond with her customer service skills she definitely makes that 7-11 a comfortable and daily go to very clean well stocked environment everyday that she works I definitely stop in to see her and have laughs. You go boo!! She definitely makes 7-11 otherwise I would go to Wawa or Sheetz which is a short walk without her being there.

Did pre pay and they did not charge the right amount. They said depending on which register it was on ????? I should have came back in and got my change ?!?!?!?OHH yea, so they manager was not there so they give me a phone number for store that don's work and I have to drive there again to try to get money back.......... 39 bucks !!!!

This place is a joke. I stopped in to buy a car charger and the door was locked!!! It says it’s open 24 hours but I guess these employees can inconvenience the customers and get away with it. I’ll be going across the street to Sheets where the customer service is far better !!!!!!

My husband and I stopped in for a drink and while we were in line the manager yelled at us across the store saying we "have" to wear a mask. We both have reasons why we can't wear one and were mindful of out distance around others. This is not "Law" and there are exceptions for medical conditions.....

Worst 7/11 I have ever been to. Store was dirty and employees were arguing in the back. Grabbed my monster and went to register and girl refused to service me because I didn’t have a mask on. So I asked her if she had one for me, because I would put it on. So I left and took my business to wawa across the street! ?

12/23 @ 452AM. The 2 female employees saw us park, get off our car, and walk to the door. We made Plenty of Eye contact. At no point do them signal that they are closed. We are not from here. This type of non-behavior is a indifference. Indifference is a sign of inconsideration. Inconsideration is a sign of poor customer service at it’s worst.
