Racially profiling? I normally shop with my autistic son in his stroller REGULARLY visit the Store 2-3 times a week. My son was supposed be dropped off to me at the store. Upon arriving I as told to leave his stroller outside. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that it could easily be stolen and didn’t understand or see a purpose for me to do that. But I completely complied. Put I placed it INSIDE the store beside the front register. I then ONLY got the things I NEEDED because I didn’t feel like converting the items 3 times from my Cart to the register back to the cart them into the stroller. The lady at the register then promptly looked at the stroller stepped from behind the counter to observe it as if I stole something. Which is crazy to me because they watched me place the stroller there. Also becim a regular shopper and the TWIST it was another black person not only that the store is often missing most items. So couponing here is a bad idea. The isles are often cluttered to where you can’t maneuver through out the store.

I occasionally visit this location and have not experienced any significant customer service issues in the past. However, I would like to provide feedback on my most recent visit. The store was in a state of disarray, with boxes scattered throughout the aisles, some of which were empty and appeared to be trash. While the clerk named Debra was not rude, she was not super friendly or welcoming either.

UPDATED REVIEW!!! 5 years ago this store was great! Today it is horrible!!! Always a long line with only 1 cashier and a lot of the shelves stay empty.

Unfortunately, the store is an absolute mess. No customer service whatsoever. There’s a sign on the restroom that says ask for a key and when you stand in line for 10 minutes to ask for the key, they end up telling you that restrooms are for employees only. Explain to me how you can operate a business and expect people to shop in your facility and not provide them an outlet to relieve themselves when necessary. This is a complete lapse in common decency for fellow human beings in this company, hires individuals that don’t exert the lowest level of customer service. Do not spend your money here .

Has a large selection of items of anything you should need for a quick shopping trip instead of going to a larger retail store and the prices are more affordable, friendly Service too.
