Not a very good selection, I would not recommend making the trip out there unless you're already nearby. They had a lot of bassinets and seats, quite a few strollers but a lot of janky looking ones. Tons of newborn clothes, but I could not find a single short sleeve onesie in the size I was looking for (9-12 months)...smh

Honest Review: (Edited) Selling- They have a changing list of a cash or gift card list. So you want to make sure you’re bringing things in that they are looking for. I’m editing my original review, as they did take the hardware and offered a difference. For ref. I brought a sit me up chair, 2 baby gates, a crib mattress, and a pottery barn crib (originally without the screws, which I found later.) and was given $37 or $46 credit. I was shopping and LOVED some of the stuff I saw so I took the credit. They also, offered $40 (additionally) if I brought the hardware to them, which I did! So in total I got $87 for everything. The Afam girly that was putting cribs together when I came was so very sweet however! And even said she would’ve given me a tour if I had let her know I hadn’t been there before. It’s a hugggeee store so that notion was appreciated for sure. Conclusion: I will sell with them again, depending on what I’m selling/what they are looking for/etc.. And I will 1,000% shop there again when I’m in the area. It’s super well organized (by rooms), I love that it’s separated by rooms and they have an upstairs “clearance” type sections. And I love their selection of baby toys, where other stores my lack in baby toys.

Mom 2 Mom is the best! I shop here weekly for clothing for my child, and find the best quality pieces at a great cost. I’ve sold a lot of outgrown baby equipment, clothing, and shoes and they make the selling process super easy. I love that I can drop them off and run the rest of my errands and then come back to pick anything up. I recommend Mom 2 Mom to every mom I know!

So I drove 45mins to sell a brand new car seat I was told that someone would call me within 3 days to let me know if they sold or donated it…..never received an call but they stated they did call which I never received an call at all and my phone was on the whole time…..anyways long story short I reached out today to see what was going on they stated they tried calling 4 times and can only offer me $20 gift card or cash for a brand new car seat (booster) that was over $80 smh I just declined and told them $20 cash or gift card wasn’t worth it when the seat was way more but that it’s fine they can just keep it…..lesson definitely learned for now and the future I know now to just make better decision before doing something like this again….

Just drove a hour to get here for a bike I paid for over the phone. The bike had zero air in the tire and the woman told me “we pumped it up but it’s been sitting so long the air is gone” I said no 2 weeks is not enough time for a fully pumped up bike to be totally empty on air if there is nothing wrong with it. Then she went back and said “well maybe we didn’t pump it up yet” and I said so you sold me a bike you did not pump up to see if it even holds air? THEN she tried to tell me if she puts air in it now and it holds then it’s fine. No that’s not how that works.. you should let a bike sit for at least a few days to see if it’s holding the air you pumped in it. She then ignored me when I said I just want a refund TWICE then I said it once again and she said “ok u can go in there” without even looking at me. The entire time she didn’t look at me but I was watching her when I spoke to her because I have respect. She rolled her eyes once when she was trying to pump the tire up even though I had requested a refund because I didn’t want to get all the way home and find out it’s not holding air.The woman that came up to help the lady at the register was also so very rude or just had no sense on how to speak to people properly. I said “I wish someone would have put air in it or told me you didn’t even test it before I purchased it and drove all the way up here”Her response was “where are you from” and I responded king William and she said “ok that’s unfortunate”And that’s it ? she walked away after showing the girl what to do.RUDE EMPLOYEES with no common sense to check a bike tire before letting someone pay for it.

We have been into Mom 2 Mom a few different times now since we had our twin girls in October. The staff is wonderful. So helpful and friendly. I just purchased a mass amount of dresses for the twins and think they were super fairly priced. I see a few other reviews that indicate they are overpriced. I don't feel like they are. I feel like I received very fair prices for what I purchased. Although they were used; Janie and Jack dresses are normally at LEAST $30 bucks, I may have paid $7? Honestly I don't remember. They prices were so great that I didn't even look. We previously purchased a twin Halo bassinet from them, sold it back to them for store credit which was AMAZING. We just purchased a Greco Pack & Play that we love. We will keep shopping here and think the staff are great.

My first time at mom to mom, I usually sell my baby stuff at kid to kid (sometimes Once Upon a Child). The store was very clean and organized. I loved how they sorted clothes into rooms. The staff was a little distracted, but that's the way it is sometimes. The prices were a little pricey for second hand items. I saw some things in there for sale very close to the cost you would pay if you purchased brand new. For example, I saw a outfit from target that I paid 9 dollars for on the rack at mom to mom for 7 dollars. I saw some shirts Childrens place has on sale regularly for 4 bucks for 3 bucks. I saw some items in there almost doubling the prices of similar items of other stores like this. Another example would be the day before I saw a crib in kid to kid for 44 dollars you could buy the mattress for another 18 dollars. I saw what appeared to be the same crib for 100 dollars at mom to mom (no mattress included). I took a big bag of outfits into mom to mom to sell. Most of the outfits I took were brand new or worn once or twice, I know which stuff not to bring in because I sell so much at kid to kid. They said they could only buy one outfit ( a used one) because of the condition of the clothes or the clothes not being in season. But like I mentioned everything was brand new or pretty new. And majority of the bag was fall attire... it's the end of October ( I did have some summer stuff in the bag too... to be fair). The explanation did not make sense to me. Not that they owed me an explanation. I just didn't appreciate the bs. I would have rather gotten no explanation at all. They did purchase 25 dollar bottles (brand new still in box and plastic) from me for about a buck and a bottle cleaner (brand new) for about a buck a nose Frieda( brand new) for about 50 cents and an outfit for about 50 cents. Giving me a total of three dollars. I wasn't upset about what they wanted to pay, even though it was less than I would have gotten if I had taken these items somewhere else. I was just surprised because they were selling the items so much higher than other second hand stores. And maybe they have to do that being a small business in sandston...I'm not sure of the logistics behind it and it's none of my business, I had the option to walk away and sell nothing... but support small businesses and all that right?. They asked me if I wanted to donate the rest. I did decline to donate the rest of my items. I wasn't comfortable donating to mom to mom when their prices are already on the higher end ( the explanation of why they couldn't buy didn't help either) I just brought them home and hung them back up. I will take them to kid to kid like I've been doing. I uploaded a picture of my clothes that were either "not in good condition or not in season" the pictures show hats and long sleeves and jackets (maybe they buy in the off season)... again it's October. I did get an opportunity to walk around the store to see what I could buy while I waited for them to sort through my bag. Most of the clothes they had for sale were in wayyyy worse condition than what I had in my bag. I didn't purchase a lot of what I saw based on the condition of the clothes. I ended up buying a little jacket and a t-shirt. And as you can see most of this stuff has never been worn. I'm not mad about them not buying I'm irritated by the explanation for not buying. The first picture is the clothes I tried to sell the second picture is what I brought from their store. The clothes I purchased from them looks much more worn than anything I tried to sell. And I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the confused me with another seller. Not sure if I will return. It's kind of out my way and nothing really inclines me to travel from my area back to this store. Not a horrible experience but an irritating one.

Went to the store yesterday and was showed around by a nice young lady. She told me about the "buy one get one 50% off" toys deal that they were having. My son and I picked out two toys to purchase. Unfortunately it wasn't until I had driven away that I realized they didn't even give me the BOGO deal. The older lady was a bit terse and not super friendly. My son was about to put his toy on the counter but she snapped about helping another customer first. It was a bit weird to snap at a 4 year old.The store could use a bit of sprucing up.

I took a 30 gallon bag and three large boxes under the impression I could sell my child's clothes here and the lady accepted it said it would take a few hours to get a total, which was fine, I left and went home. She called about four hours later saying out of all my items it would only be a STORE CREDIT of 26 dollars when over half of the items were brand new. If it was only store credit, she should have told me from the beginning and I would have left with my things. And then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to donate the rest of it like what donate it to yall??? They stole my stuff at that point I could not go back because I was depending on the sale for gas. Absolutely will never return. On top of their second hand items being RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE, they are not up front and honest about their store policy idk if it was policy or it was just me. Definitely not worth the trip.

I went here today 7/1/22 on behalf of my clients to see what resources were available. If you need assistance, THIS is the place to visit. Calling all CASE MANAGERS and those who work in behavioral health. The support for baby items were unmatched. I will be coming back!!!!! 5* for everything!!!!
