Great outfit, this is. I had a problem with my brake calipers along with a host of other, smaller problems and they fixed it all in one day and now my 16 year old car runs like almost new. Well done.

Dropped vehicle off early before opening for evap leak. Called shortly after they opened to ask them to check on a brake squeak and told them which caliper seemed like it was dragging/squeaking. Was asked if I wanted the caliper replaced if it was the problem. I said yes, and pads too. Tech called around 4pm to let me know they were running behind and I told him they could keep it the next day too. He asked a few questions about the vehicle and said he would work on the evap smoke test. The next day I hadn't heard anything by 330/4 so I called. Was told the tech would call me back. Got a text from the tech that he couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes and they found the charcoal cannister leaking, but couldn't complete the test until that was replaced. Apparently the tech thought I only wanted it diagnosed and nothing repaired even though I told the front desk I wanted it fixed. Had no desire to leave my vehicle with them after seeing their lack of communication and a tech that can't diagnose a brake squeak. Upon picking up, I noticed they didn't even drive it to attempt to find the brake that was squeaking.

Great group of folks, they take care of my newer work truck annually and are willing to work on my older classics when they need difficult issues resolved. Alignment is straight as an arrow, I can cruise with two fingers relaxed now instead of two fists white knuckled. Running a business is not easy and anyone that shows up every day early willing to do the job is a treasure, best shop in town and worth every dollar.

Dishonest. Went for $100 alignment. They refused and quoted me $4800 of services. Charged me $50 for the quote. Needless to say I left. Next day went to another place and got an alignment for under $100. SMH. I'm so tempted to call the Better Business Bureau.

I want to thank Kevin and his team for fixing my Hummer H3. He was fair, honest and went above and beyond when he did not have to. What I like most is the professionalism; he picks up the phone, gives you his cell, sends pictures + videos of the problem, and completes the work at the time promised. Kevin told me he is not the cheapest but not the most expensive, and yes, he can be pricey. You are the most professional; I am happy I went with you all. I would like to leave a higher rating.
