This was one of the worst laundry experiences I’ve ever had. I went in to do a regular wash, but the machines overflowed and completely soaked all my clothes. I was told I had to leave them overnight and that they’d be dried and ready for pickup in the morning. I came back the next day expecting clean, dry clothes — but instead, I found my clothes still wet, slacked in a pile, and smelling horrible. To make matters worse, the staff refused to help or even acknowledge the situation. They offered no solution, no refund, and were incredibly rude about it. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Never coming back here again.

I had a terrible experience at this laundry place. Almost every machine I tried either didn’t work or stopped mid-cycle. On top of that, my clothes came out ruined — discolored, stretched, and smelling worse than before. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, the lady there was incredibly rude and dismissive. No apology, no offer to fix the situation, just attitude. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Great atmosphere, friendly environment. There are plenty of machines to use great for quick washes and not very time consuming like most laundry mats.

I haven't been there in 20 years!! It definitely looks a lot different. It's very clean and the lady that works there is very kind and polite!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Always clean! The attendants Corey and Chloe are always nice and attentive to the customers needs. I’ve been washing here for almost 2 years and there’s no place I’d rather wash⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I haven't been to a laundry mat in almost 10 years, but had to wash my king size comforters today. I was pleasantly suprised at the clean area, the attendant was actively wiping machines, cleaning the lint collectors etc... It was busy but I expected that on a Sunday. I was in and out quickly with no issues. I will be back next time I need to wash the comforters.

A nice laundromat that’s clean an attendant on duty. I’ll go pass three other laundromat to get to this one. The attendants I’ve met was very helpful and nice.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years and have observed the various changes that have been implemented over time. However, I must express my concern regarding the frequent issues with the washing machines. On my recent visit, I encountered a situation where the machine was not properly dispensing water, necessitating me to manually add water using a bucket. Additionally, I have had previous experiences where the machine malfunctioned and retained my money. In such instances, the establishment has a procedure in place where customers can report the issue and the amount of money lost by calling a specific number. Subsequently, a check is mailed to compensate for the inconvenience. It is worth noting that the establishment experiences a high staff turnover rate.

This laundromat is clean and nice machines. They vary in size to meet your needs. There are no immediate refunds so be prepared . Nice people work and visit here!

I love come here even though I have washer and dryer at home. I can wash all of my clothes at one time and fold them while I’m there. It’s clean and temperature controlled ?
