Instead of the typical $1 pre-authorization, my card was charged $125. Since I didn't have that much in my account, my card is locked for two hours and I'm stranded. I'll be reporting this to the BBB.

Drove up to put gas in my car. The parking lot was empty. Obviously you have to drive slow because of the lups and bumps in the parking area. Walked in to have some lord of the rings dwarf argue with me about how I was flying through the parking lot and almost hit a bunch of stuff. I have no idea what the hell he saw but it wont me. I just said ok and went across the street to get gas. Obviously you don't need the money.

Had to wait for 3 or 4 minutes before a clerk came to the counter. Also I asked why the car wash was not open and the clerk smartly said I don't know. I do not appreciate a smart attitude when I'm asking a question to a customer service representative of your company!

They really did a good job getting prepared for Covid-19, and were able to stock toilet paper, gloves, and hand sanitizer most of the time during the crisis. They always have a good selection of quality drinks and craft beers.
