The lady at the window was very nice!! The broker didnt give a correct pick up # but she said we’ll figure it out! Imagine that, she didnt cuss, fuss or spit on me!!! The lady that loaded me was very polite and nice as well. Had a 12pm pick up, checked in at 10:40 and gone at 11:30. Plenty of room to park in the back and even a clean restroom.

I mean no complaints today. Got me in early. And out in time. I was trying to get some rest. They loaded me so fast I was like dang lol but they do have a spot to rest at and lots of food choices around the area if you’re staying over night

Appointment was at 12pm, I checked in at 11am. Got a door right away (#18). I was unloaded by 2:15pm and I waited hours for my paperwork. I walked in once before but at 4:45pm I walked in again and asked for some sort of update and the lady at the front says “you don’t like to answer your phone?”. Only she wasn’t even the person that supposedly called me. I never received a call but she said my paperwork had been ready for an hour prior. If that were the case they could have sent someone out. Take this for whatever it’s worth.

Always so rude, like others have stated... the lady checking drivers in is rude. So sad to be soooo hateful!!! As a regular inbound she still cannot find #\"s in their system. I knew my door # b4 she did bcuz it's always the same!

The worst location of Lineage, I did have appointment at 9:30AM, I did a check-in at 8:00AM and I was unloaded at 8:45PM. I lost all day and I lost the load for that day. The people from receiving they don't care about you. If you have a delivery here don't make plans for that day. Good luck.

Ladies in office are great but the people locking air hoses and loading are slow as molasses sat in front of the door for 2 and 1/2 hours before we could open our doors and back to bay. Then for ever wait to unlock air hose after paper he’s had at least 4 or 5 breaks since we have been here

I would definitely give them 0 star if I have a chance , not yet able to deserve 1 star. I spent here all my shift since 12:30pm and now its 5:00pm still waiting for my bol. The business is not good there days and these type of companies are killing it.

This place was terrible. Checked In at 9:30am appointment at 11:00am. Just got in a door at 6pm and they still haven't started on the truck. It's the weekend I missed out on two important financial loads messing with this place. The worst thing is I didn't make any real money off this load. I blame my dispatcher cause this guy was a standing while my guy was on vacation.

0 Stars. Arrived at 0600 for 0730 appt. Was told it might be a while even though there was only 3 trucks here. Its now 1200 and was told it will be over 10 hrs to get unloaded. 5 or 6 trucks have come in after me and were either loaded or unloaded and gone and I haven’t even been told to open my doors yet. Will never come back and you better stay away too.

Terrible wait time and terrible long wait to get loaded. Came at 4pm, out at 10pm. Never coming here again. This isn't the first time. They take this long every single time. Loading one pallet an hour. Sad workers.
