My package showed it arrived at this facility for processing on 2/8, for a delivery to Henrico, VA. The package is now showing it is in Greensboro, NC. I called customer service, of course they were unable to provide any explanation and wouldn't flag the package as missing since not enough time has gone by (???), but it makes no sense that my package is now traveling all around the Southeast when it already arrived at the correct facility for processing.

Would give a 0 if I could!!! They won't answer the phone at all called for a straight hr!!! They messed up and I need my package!!! It was supposed to be here on the 5th!!!!!

If I could give them a ZERO stars, I would. Sent out two cards to my dad and brother (live at the same address) on January 24th. One of the cards was received by the recipient on Jan 27th, the other card wasn’t received until Feb. 3rd. In past years, I worked in Sandston for a dental office and on NUMEROUS occasions, our mail would not be delivered and the postmaster herself would end up coming to the office with crates of our backed-up mail. Absolutely the worst post office location. Don’t understand why they can’t get their act together.

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 16 of january it’s now the 22 of january I don’t understand how someone can misplace or steal something that doesn’t belong to them but i tell you what i am going to report this that my documents was stolen y’all should be a shame of y’all selves stealing a child belongings

Since December 30 it hasn’t been returned and they telling me i can’t pick up my mail

My local usps said this is the black hole of all mail service!!! I mailed a certified Letter on December 16th, 2024. Delivery est time was December 19th. Here it is December 30th and it's still in transit. My local usps says that sandston has it they just haven't scanned it in. And they have had it since December 22nd. This mail is a very important document. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need them to get that mail out. They are really messing with people's life's.
Update: As of Jan 3rd. Still in transit. I am beyond frustrated with the USPS.

Worst USPS ever. Literally 4th place worst in the nation. Most unprofessional. Has a history of package theft from workers. The place looks horrible. Please Audit and Clean house. Absolutely useless post office.

How can the United States not fix a post office this bad. Everyone knows packages go to Sandston Va to die and to never be seen again. Are they trashing the stuff cuz they're too busy? Are they stealing the stuff? When is enough gona be enough and they fix this place.

I have always had pleasant experiences and good customer care at Sandston. I also sell on ebay --I have mailed about 1,800 packages since 2016 and only 2 did not make it to customers, however, the trouble wasn't on this end--it was the post office on the receiving end. I think the staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient--they are also very kind to many of the seniors or customers who need special assistance. I thank them for their commitment to service.
