Wawa you better count yo days... I didnt select wax paper as a topping. In my life I've ordered many sandwiches. But I never thought I'd see someone take a hot sandwich out of the oven, insert wax paper over the melted cheese, and then close the sandwich over it. There's a first time for everything, and this is also gonna be the last time.

This was horrible. I tried to order food to go online because I'd worked a long shift. There were dozens of teenagers everywhere ordering food. I waited for 10 minutes at the designated spot for my order (30 minutes after placing order), only to discover that they'd put my sandwich somewhere else, and never sent an email to state that my order was ready. Then I got home and realized halfway into my soggy fries and sandwich that they'd put bacon on my sandwich, which I'm allergic to. So now im feeling like my insides are being ripped apart. Will never set foot inside this place again if I can help it.

Joseph (making my frozen coffee)(I hope I got his name right), was so kind, not just to me, but he was greeting everyone that was coming and going while still making my ice coffee. It was delicious 😋

Yall need to teach your employees how to make a sub sandwich the right way. My sandwich was messy I had to redo it my self it was very Unacceptable I will not be back

It's a gas station. Friendly and well staffed every time I've been. Bathroom is clean as well as main areas. Food is good, a lot of great made to order options, as well as grab and go.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available. There isn't an accessible door, and some doors tend to be heavy. Bathrooms do have a nice size handicap stall.

Okay so I’ll just say this much… If this place had a help and food inspector walk in without notice I believe that it would undoubtedly shut down due to the horrendous condition of the bathroom and facilities in general. there’s rhyme boogers and snot all over the place not limited to the bathroom. I had to go pee really quick so I went to the bathroom thinking that maybe afterwards I will get something. Well, I was very mistaken!!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting urine all over the floor and the walls around the urinal floors and wall and sink were covered in the same stuff. It looks like. Walking out and purchasing a candy and a drink the self serve registers were covered in more grime and boogers and I’m not sure what else. Maybe some foreign matter for human bodily fluids. It’s probably the worst condition Wawa I have ever been to and I’ve been living on the East Coast for about 10 years. I will do my best to avoid this because it is so covered and trash and nastiness inside and out. The outside has lit everywhere and the windows are disgusting. Trust me, I am not a picky person nor do I suffer from OCD.. I understand that people use this place but it is poorly maintained. There needs to be a serious change in leadership here and a sense of ownership. Please fix this place because it’s so conveniently close to the airport that they should not be the introduction to Virginia that foreigners see.
I do not recommend for now unless they make serious changes . Thank you and good luck catching some staph infection or some syphilis if you decide to stop here.

I was getting coffee , and while 2 employees were restocking the coffee bar, they were just bluntly outright talking bad about their manager! They didn’t seem to care customers were right next to them
