“Arney always gets me right on my auto claims. He does great work, and he has some awesome help around the shop. I've taken my vehicle to them since I started driving, and I will until he closes the shop. If something isn't right, they'll make it right. I've seen them spray some pretty paint jobs on restorations. He got a bad batch of paint from the paint manufacturer once for my grandfather's hood. Once he realized it, he made it his priority to correct the issue at no cost.”

Good job. Before then after (straches dents, scrapes) now all clean like it came out of factory.”

“Traveled 3.5 hours from Portsmouth to Danville. Leaving on my way to go back home the ABS sensor in 1 tire failed and the car basically stopped driving in south boston. I went to 4 different places trying to get help and basically got a no every time. So I had to leave the truck, call a ride and come back the next day to try and get the tire fixed. I went to 2 different places before I got referred to Gump's by the auto parts store. I called and he said he was available to fix my truck as soon as I could get there. Within 5 minutes of looking at my vehicle he pulls me into the bay and shows me that my wheel barring on my right rear tire is done for and advises me that I should not drive my truck home because the wheel will most likely fly off in route. Then proceeds to show me all other 3 tires and tells me the right front is going out too. He then discussed my options with me and we came up with a plan and my truck was fixed in 20 minutes once he got the part and I'm back on the road home after a very stressful, disappointing and hard 2 days. He was quick, honest, reasonably priced and fair. Very nice guy as well. Very satisfied.Service: Tires”

“Had an appointment this morning for front end alignment and oil change at the dealer Smart Ford South Boston VA. On the way there check engine light came on and truck would shake when accelerating. Ask them to please check what code the truck is giving. They refused! Saying my appointment is for oil change only! Even got the manager involved. Left there without oil change, went to oriellys auto. It took less than 5 minutes to get the code. Will never return to Smart Ford!! Was recommended to Glass Auto, My truck is currently being fixed, they have just been completely awesome and worked me right in!! I love my truck and these guys have earned a customer for life!! Really saved me today ? Thank you Glass Auto!!”
