“The last time I was there worship was awesome, and the so was the preaching. People are not as friendly as my church I was in in SC. At front there lobby there were no greeters. So when I walked in I overlooked all that and focused on the service. I keep my focused on WHY GOD sent me not there lack of hospitality to new comers. So kero that in mind if you encounter rhe same when you go there. Gby.”

“I went to Deerpark for two years from 1983 to 1984, Pastor Gary Burden. It was one of the best churches I have been to in my life. Solid Baptist theology (Born Again Christian) and tremendous fellowship. I could not have asked for more. Megan Abernathy is obviously an Anti-Christian Activist, given her wicked and hateful comments. Do not believe here. Clearly she is not a Christian”

“From what I can tell, after listening online and visiting in-person, the preaching at First Church Ministries is Christ-centered. I know –and can worship–Jesus better after the service.It is a VERY casual environment and seems to be a growing church. I also think they did a good job picking songs for the praise and worship time.”
“If you're looking for a church, this is a great place to worship and fellowship. My only concern or negative is how loud the service is. It would be better if they could turn down the volume a notch especially the main mic that is used. I was here during their anniversary and I couldn't understand some words the guest pastor spoke because it was so loud. I've actually have been here every Sunday for over a month or so now and I immensely enjoy attending but it is somewhat of a hearing hazard for those attending the service especially the younger ears that need their hearing through their life. I wish the sound/media ministry could adjust the sound some. Other then that, you will definitely hear the Word here.”

“Amazing Gospel centered church with sound Biblical teachings. Fun and well planned outreach events that are completely free and open to the public. If you get the chance check out their Christmas light show I highly recommend it, every year it gets better and better! And maybe stop in on Sunday if you’re looking for a home church or you want to know more about Christ.”
