Could be a great little place if they could be on time even just once a week. Overbook their lessons and way too many in the arena at once just a property line trail if you want to call it that. Mostly Pasture board with some exceptions and horses are fed together mostly just sweet feed. When owners make presets, they rarely are properly fed. Quite a turn over. She allows extremely unsafe horses on the property and will except just about anyone. Rules fallowed depends on who you are.

Great facilities, amazing staff.York town stables has an amazing staff that will work with your needs, small tight knit environment makes you feel like you’re not just an another customer. Highly recommended!!

For a business with great photos, beautiful horses, and an impressive ‘looking’ property they have completely missed the mark on customer service. We have tried many times over months (close to a year now) to call or text or fb message and nothing in response. Extremely dissatisfied. I would give no stars if it were an option.

We take my autistic nephew there to ride horses and everyone is very helpful and friendly including very well mannered young children.

Stopped by Yorktown Stables the other day, as I was browsing for a new stable to start riding again. Kristen, the owner, kindly greeted me and let me meet few of their horses, which were beautiful BTW! They are in the process of building a HUGE new facility. I'm looking forward to starting lessons and seeing this new facility! Thanks again!

This was my first time riding a horse and the staff was very helpful in educating the rider and helping them to feel comfortable. I will go back for my next horse riding experience.

Riding at Yorktown Stables has been one of the best experiences of my life. I am an adult rider. I had previous equestrian experience as a child, including owning two horses, but had gotten away from the sport. I happened to see a Groupon for the facility and went for my first lesson. The staff was professional and safety was of the utmost importance. I have been riding with them for over three years now and maintain a partial lease on a horse through their facility. Give them a try and talk to the staff about your needs and goals. They will build a plan that is right for you! BEST EQUESTRIAN FACILITY ON THE PENINSULA!!!
