Very helpful in getting around a problem with the USPS new change of address identity verification process. This place is special, worth the drive if out of the way. Professional and efficient...AND THEY OPEN EARLY. Not at all what I'm used to where I reside!!!!

I needed new passport for myself and our 7 mo. old. to travel overseas. Needed rushed processing on passports, and high priority for return mailing.

I took my 7-week old daughter in to get a passport. It took only 15 minutes, and the staff was very friendly. I expected the experience to be painful, but it was very easy. I’ll go back here for future passport matters.

I had an appointment to apply for my children's passport to at 7:15 am at this post office. Arrived there at 6:55 am and walked in to the beaming smiles of Kathleen M. She accommodated us and made sure that the applications contained no mistakes and requested the appropriate corrections were made to avoid delaying the application process. I want to commend her for her stellar customer service. Thank you Kathy!!

After a bad experience with the passport agent at the Fredericksburg post office, we opted to go elsewhere and found this one to be super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. There were a few things he didn't know but he knew where to find the info and didn't hesitate to get us the correct information. I can't say enough about how professional this office is.

I went here to get my passport picture taken. I'm still distraught from my experience. I'm Chinese and the woman who was about to take my picture says to me "can you open your eyes a little more?" I understand that your eyes need to be open for a passport photo, but my eyes were open as much as they could be. And even if they weren't, how ignorant do you have to be to say something like that to an Asian person?
