Purchased a 2013 BMW X1 sight unseen out of state. Norman was great to deal with on the phone, gave me as much info and photos as possible. We came to a deal and they were kind enough hold the vehicle while I waited on transport.
When the vehicle arrived I inspected the vehicle and found a few issues they missed, spoke with Hollie the service manager. They gladly lent a hand in helping resolve the issues. Thank you to the team at AutoDealz for honesty and professionalism!

Norman was an absolute delight! He made the entire process seamless and smooth. I bought a vehicle from there about a month ago. It needed some work done, which they did for free, and made me aware of when I bought the SUV. Hollie was very helpful with getting me scheduled to get those small issues fixed. Thank you, Hollie!!

Highly recommend, I was in a very difficult situation needing a new vehicle. I didn’t have a lot of money saved up, and my credit report was showing things that don’t belong to me. Autodealz was recommended to me. Let me just say they found away to help me, with great payments. Norman did a wonderful job answering questions and explaining everything. As for my new car I’m loving it!!!

Great place to buy a car! Everyone is so kind and treats you like your family. Great variety of nice vehicles. They chose us a really nice car. They were understanding and so kind to my daughter who has severe autism and that was the biggest blessing to me beyond helping us to find a reliable vehicle. Honesty is the best policy! Best Experience I have ever had thus far! I came to the dealership with high expectations because I heard great things about and did not want to be cheated ever again! Norman is a great sales person with excellent customer service skills, very transparent, honest and make sure that I got a good vehicle for the kids and I. My silver surfer drives smoothly. I got the car with 54,000 miles on it, it's been well maintained, only had one owner and that owner kept up with the vehicle. So I highly recommend that place. Please go to Shenandoah and let Norman sell you a car.

We have dealt with this company for a number of years. Always great satisfaction when we have bought vehicles from Paul and had repair work done. Today was over the top! Not only did they repair what we brought it in for, but found something else that needed to be done desperately. Hollie does an excellent job researching and being thorough. She even delivered my van to me! Can’t beat that!!
